Trade: Loan for $275, repayment of $315 by April 15th
Loan Purpose: To Pay for School Books
This member was given a Loan in December of 2013 that was supposed to be repaid in two payments 15Jan14- $158 & 15Apr14- $157. The member states in January he was having issues with financial aide from school and could only send $50 at the time. February 4th he sent another $20. On February 15th he sent a message saying his father passed and he was going to have to buy a plane ticket and would try and sell his xbox to cover the costs.
On Aprile 4th he sent me this message: "I have an issue with my Paypal because of a user reversing charges on me, so now my account is $450 in the hole. I'm trying to get it situated, is there another form of payment I can pay you in, in case it takes forever to get situated?"
I told him a amazon gift card would be fine but I would prefer Amazon Payments. Right around this time is when he stopped coming on the site.
He stated he sent a money order on May 1st then 3 weeks later i told him that i did not receive it, he said he went to the money gram place and they were able to tell I did not cash it but he would still need to file a claim.
He kept in contact via text messages for awhile until about 2 weeks ago when he stopped returning my messages.
If anyone would not mind helping me contact him via phone or text it would be greatly appreciated. I know he is getting my text messages and ignoring my phone calls because when i call sometimes it rings 5 times before going to voice mail and sometimes it rings twice so he is hitting the ignore button.
At this time there is $245 remaining on the loan.

I gave Andrew a small PayPal loan back in May 2011. In June 2011, he offered to send a money order via First Class with Delivery Confirmation for being late. He never sent anything, and he left the site. Because of the small loan amount, I never bothered to file a BTR. However, he has returned to the site, and he refuses to complete this trade. This BTR can be taken down if Andrew sends me PayPal for the full repayment amount of the loan.

Codeomerta offered me Ground Zeroes for my Killzone Shadow Fall. I accepted and we agreed to ship at the same time with Delivery confirmation. Monday morning I saw he had messaged me that he sent Ground Zeroes, and in a rush before leaving for the day I packed up Killzone and dropped in the mailbox.

Later, I realized I didn't notice a tracking number when he said he sent it. I checked and saw that yeah, he didn't give me a tracking number.

Well crap.

Over and over again, I messaged him to give me a tracking number or even tell me he didn't have one (he was new, maybe he used stamps or something). He never responded.

Killzone eventually gets to his house, and he still doesn't message me back or confirm that he got the game. I give him 1 final warning that if he doesn't respond to me or if Metal Gear isn't at my house the next day, I will be reporting him.

The night Killzone got to him, he tried to delete his account. His claim was that I was lying about not getting the game, and that he received a box with a Killzone booklet.

Killzone didn't have print manuals, they used digital.

So now I sit and wait. I hope something can be worked out. Actually sending me Metal Gear, giving back Killzone, or even paying me back the value of Killzone in paypal or amazon credit would fix this.

I really hope codeomerta changes his mind so this whole thing can be resolved.

I have agreed with this member that I will pay him an amazon gc of 120 dollars value for 4 psn plus memberships "3 months memberships" nd for psn cards of total value 100 dollars

the member asked me to send first before he buys or gets the cards from his supplier to make sure that I will take them as I am still sort of new here while he is a member with a gold star

I sent him the gc nd he redeemed it on february 16 nd he told me it might take him 48 hours to get the cards

on february 17 he sent me a message telling me that the cards should be delivered to me in hours nd nothing was sent then

I never heard from him after that day, I have sent him messages nd he never responded
he didn't go online for a while so I thought something wrong happened to him but on february 22 he came back online nd he never responded to any of my messages too

so that's a report until he sends me my amazon gc back if he will really send it back cause I highly doubt it according to all the messages I have sent to him before nd he ignored all of them

I sent $35 Amazon gift card for a 1 year Netflix code. The gift card was redeemed within just a few minutes of me sending. I never got the 1 year code. At this point, I don't want a 1 year code. Based on your other BTR it probably won't be valid. I just want my $35 back.
