I had 2 games for sale as a package on the site, advertising them in the Console Marketplace. I ask $24 shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation Included. As Payment I noted as only accepting USPS Money Orders, to be sent via USPS First Class Mail.

On 18-Apr-2006 at 11:29pm, Mr. Pratt contacted me creating an offer page to buy them. A couple of hours later I contacted him, on 19-Apr-2006 at 1:36am, via this offer page, adding my terms and condition. On 19-Apr-2006 at 2:17am, 40 minutes later, he accepted those terms, agreeing to send payment USPS First class by USPS Money Order, within 2 days after I email him the USPS Delivery Confirmation Number, 0305 2710 0001 3367 4631.

My package was sent and accepted, April 19, 2006, 3:13 pm, HELENWOOD, TN 37755 via USPS Priority Mail the following day. I added the DC# to the sales page on 19-Apr-2006 at 9:43pm, that night. The following day, was Mr. Pratt's last login to the site, 20-Apr-2006 at 5:27pm, so he had a chance to see I sent.

He did not reply to my emails on April 22, the day after delivery, delivered at 10:39 am on April 21, 2006, nor no reply the 24th to another email, or the 26th. So, I contacted the site Moderator, late the 26th, asking him to contact, which I have email proof of that, and the next day, the 27th, he responded to the Moderator, but not to me or via this site, still not logging in.

He told the Mod via email reply, he was out of town and he will send. So, I gave him another week, no response, i emailed, two weeks passed, I emailed again, no response, and today is the 22nd day with no response yet, and the moderator email too a second time between that time period with no response.

He has received the package via USPS Priority Mail, with Delivery Confirmation, they were delivered promptly. He broke our agreement by not sending in the agreed time line, or sometime soon after. It has now been a month to the day since the items were sent. He will not respond to email both through this site or his email address,

Here is our trade acceptance page showing the full communication detail between us, refering to the sale specifics, requirements, all detail of the contract, proof a DC# was given, items were delivered, proof that he admits payment is due and the items were delivered, and it shows he is neglecting to respond promptly and at all.

When I receive my $24 payment, this will be taken down.
