I tried some gel inserts from Walmart, they were $4.96 + tax. They're actually quite comfortable, but I guess they didn't work for the pain. darkslime wrote:

Hmmm, I'm gonna pay attention to that now, thanks for the info. My right foot is my power foot, meaning I use it as my first step when going up stairs, getting up after kneeling, etc. So maybe there is an imbalance. I haven't really noticed, but I'm gonna see if maybe I inadvertently lean on my right foot when I'm a little exhausted.
