From TN. I watch the vols. But I am a Miami Hurricane fan.
My first college football game was in 2002 when my dad took me to Knoxville to see them play miami (same year they went to championship and got screwed by refs vs Ohio State lol)
Since then, been a big Miami fan. Glad to see them doing work this year. And can't wait for next game vs #3 ND!!

Like Kansas fan's acknowledge football.

Nobody can tell me that isn't McElwain in that picture. That's 100% him.

Looks like I have to pass the pipe dream baton to you. Played our game against us and looked your best all season easily. Bama should be worried. Maybe we'll see you again in ATL.
Good game. And WDE in the iron bowl.
Going into this game. I sure doubt Miami.
But they prove me wrong! I'm so excited. If we can win out and beat Clem (which I'm scared of).
Would love to see miami in playoffs.

I was shock when all that down with mark and UGA. He is a great coach. (Being from TN. You know everything in the SEC)
But being a Miami fan. I was excited that he became head coach here. And I'm glad to see him doing a great job.

Go canes! He is a Helluva coach. UGA did him wrong imho. I'm a fan of Richt forever.

No way multiple teams don't end up getting fudgeed this year. It's great!
WVU fan here. Rough year.

That's probably pretty realistic at this point. Ohio State will probably beat Wisconsin and get left out because the committee will favor a 1 loss non conference champ Alabama over a 2 loss big 10 champ. Ohio State isn't that good so they don't deserve to be there anyway. No one from the PAC 12 deserves to be in either so as long as those teams win out they should be in.
For the NCAA to trumpet that they're making the regular season matter with this playoff system, seems like they should just say that you have to win your conference to be in the playoffs.

I see what you're saying, but at the same time, the "regular season" is more than just conference play. It's about the best teams at the time of the playoff. And being a conference champion is just one piece of that.
Alabama will be 5. Auburn will blow it and Alabama will sneak back into top 4.
Now idk how far Miami will drop. But them beating Clemson could help them.

So you think Whisky will beat Ohio St?

That's my prediction for this coming ranking. I just talk about Alabama because the committee will find a way to get them in lol.
But it should be a good game for WisVsOSU.
I would pick OSU to beat them.
I could see Miami upsetting Clemson again like in the regular season.
And i just seeing Alabama sneaking back in.
If Miami doesn't make it (my team). I would love for OU and Baker to win it all
> If Ohio St wins, it's 50/50 them or Bama. Depends on how much they weight the conference
I don't see any scenario justifying OSU over Bama. I guess we'll see what happens today. Bama being left out for a 2 loss team (especially in the B10 this year) would be laughable.

I'm at work so I saw auburn going up by 14 came back to check and half time. Off at 6 so I'll get to see how it ends.
ok, who is going to tell me the tale of the GA kicker with the Clark Kent glasses? very cool!
> That they do. I don't mind dropping it. SEC is a gauntlet and we didn't finish it.

Agree. I think it's pretty obvious that given the time to the games Bama is at best the third best team in the SEC.
> 1. Oklahoma
> 2. Clemson
> 3. Georgia

I think you got it except I'd keep Clemson at 1, Oklahoma 2. Those big teams... least INT wins. Painful.
> 1. Oklahoma
> 2. Clemson
> 3. Georgia
> 4. Alabama
I'd say this is it now. Ohio State doesn't deserve to be there as much as Bama. Plus the committee absolutely wants Bama in there despite the fact that they haven't been playing well. I don't think there's anyone more deserving than those 4 though. Sucks because they need more reasons to expand this playoff.
I don't know why you all are saying Bama. I get they're number 5, but I don't think Auburn slips that much because of one loss.
4. This is the toughest pick for me, but I think I'd go with Auburn over Ohio State. They do have 3 losses, but they also have 2 wins over the top team at the time, and their LSU loss looks better than Ohio State's unranked loss to Iowa.
Alabama's resume doesn't impress me. The opening week win over FSU was dominated, and essentially knocked FSU out for the season, but everything else is mediocre.
