Here's a special giveaway with thanks to Rob Lach, creator of POP: Methodology Experiment One. He gave me an extra game key for correctly guessing something about his game (instead of giving me ten bucks like the achievement said... boo!) so I figured I'd pass it along here.
A word of warning: If you're sensitive to flashing lights and rapidly shifting colors, please do not enter this giveaway. This game features a lot of both and it can cause sensitive people to get very ill.
OK, I've got a treat for the SteamGifts followers. A GameTZ user who wishes to remain anonymous has sent me a long list of keys and Humble Bundle gift links that he wants me to giveaway to the GameTZ Giveaways group. I'm going to space them out for a while, posting a handful at a time till I burn through them all, so any giveaways from me over the next couple weeks are going to be from our anonymous gift-giver (unless noted otherwise). Here's the first 5 to get us started. I am going to put these as 1 week giveaway deadlines, since I know people are busy over the holidays, and I want to make sure everyone gets a chance.
Thank you very much to the person who donated these. I am sure everyone appreciates the generosity.
I need your Steam ID. Also, the giveaways are done via steamgifts.com. SteamGifts has public giveaways, private, and group ones limited to a specific Steam group. So we use a Steam group to limit who can enter. We used to do them through the main (open entry) GameTZ Steam group, but we got a lot of non-members from Russia joining just to scam our giveaways.
I have more to giveaway from the anonymous donor, but SteamGifts is going to be down for a week starting Sunday. So I'm going to hold off and post them when the dust settles. (They are doing an upgrade to a new version of the site.)
Generally the bigger ticket games (40-60p) get listed for longer to give people a chance to save points if they have to. Lower demand/lower cost items tend to list for less time, but it's all up to the donor.
Summoner I remember playing that on PS2 shortly after it launched.
Whoever it was that won my giveaway last month for A Story About My Uncle, don't forget to accept it. I have a handful of games in my inventory I was adding to my library and I almost selected that one by mistake.
