Blasphemous 1’s final boss fight drove me to drink. Glad to see a sequel is coming though. I never cared much for my liver anyway.

not too much in that showcase for me. Animal Well and Crime O'clock look kinda interesting though. will be interesting to see the price tag

Yeah, I added it to Steam not long after the announcement.

Typical Nindie... lots of announcements, nothing too exciting. A sequel to West of Loathing was interesting, but I got stuck in the original when I accidentally equipped something that permanently enabled hard mode right before a fight that I now cannot win. Never could figure that out, and didn't want to start over.

Advanced Wars Reboot launches tomorrow. Based on the reviews it's about what you'd expect. Same old games, fresh coat of paint, not a ton of extra meat on the bone. With Zelda coming out in 3 weeks I'll pick this up later on a sale.

Tbh I don't think I care half as much about Advance Wars without the original art style. I don't know why but I prefer the simpler, pixel art to the updated game's visuals. I'll definitely be waiting a while before I play that one.

My buddy just let me borrow Luigi's Mansion 3. First time playing it to distract myself from Zelda releasing in 25 days, or else I'll explode from anticipation.

Advance Wars definitely isn't worth full price to me, but I'll try to pick it up on sale sometime down the road. I'm excited to finally try it out.

I like the new art style. The chibi, anime, pastel fake CGI'ish look, just works for me. However I'm not paying $60 for it. I have enough of a backlog to buy it at a later date. I'll buy it within '23 I'm sure.

Massive Advance Wars fan, very much been looking forward to this release.

My wife is from Yokohama Japan and we are going back to visit her family in June. Decided we are going to take the bullet train to Osaka and go to Universal so the boys can see Super Mario World. It actually works out really well as they are also massive Jurassic Park and Minions fans and Jaws is my favorite ride and is now only found in Universal Japan. Should be a fun trip.

Little Kitty, Big City and that Jet Grind Radio wannabe were the only games of interest for me. But for the latter I will wait and see if it comes to the other consoles, because those graphics would look sweet in 4K.

I just beat the main campaign for Strikey Sisters. I bought the developer’s other game Bot Vice as well as Wizorb since they are dirt cheap.

Fun indie games.

Kaze and the Wild Masks is currently on sale in the eShop for $5. I've heard it compared to the Donkey Kong Country games a lot, so fans might wanna check it out.

Kaze is a DK clone. Just as tough as DK too but rewarding.

Currently playing Kaze on Steam. Pretty sure I paid that or less from some bundle. It's good. I won't 100% it though

I was very interested in Kaze when I first heard about it, since it was described as a DKC clone. But, I remember at least a couple people here saying it didn't have the same charm and just didn't hold up nearly as well, so I keep putting off playing it.

Anyone getting Dokapon Kingdom for Switch? It's from IFFY and they definitely have a track of lower print runs. Since this game is $100+ on Wii I think I'm gonna pay the full $50 for it. It WAS $200 on Wii but the switch release probably caused a ton of people to sell theirs for the new portable version and lowered the price due to flooded market.
