I loaned him $50 on 8/26/10 with the terms being that he would pay me $75 by 9/8/10. Over the course of the last 4+ weeks I have been communicating with him on and off and every time he thinks he is going to be able to pay something happens with his paypal account. Recently (10/5) he has claimed to have had the money in his account but was waiting on paypal. If that had not been the first time he had said paypal was holding his money I could have believed him but his continued on again off again communication and his lack of urgency to repay the loan have really worn me down.

At this time I am going to post this BTR in hopes that he will realize that screwing around is not helping any situation. This will also serve as a warning to other users who are thinking about dealing with him.

This is the 2nd time you've had a paypal issue that was reported on the site. This excuse is getting old and I'm getting sick of hearing the same stories from you. Get your crap together and payback your loans.

on 30-Sep-2010 at 5:01pm Erekson Yeah here is the prob i just got home and i found out my paypal account was put on limited status. So no i cant pay you because paypal found out i had a overdue balance on my old paypal account - reason i got ripped off and filed a dispute and he filed one in retalation and i went on vacation and did not respond to the dispute and he won.

so now i can send you the $$$$$$$ even though i have it.
