We agreed that I would send him "Bangai-O" for DC, for his "Metal Slug, 1st Mission" for NGPC. I sent out my package with a tracking number and he confirmed that it arrived. He told me that he sent his package yet it never arrived, and he has not replied to my e-mails in two weeks. Also, I believe he moved so I cannot report him to any authorities.

I will remove this BTR if he sends me 25 dollars to pay for the game lost, gives me a different game to make up for it, or if he sends me either Bangai-O or Metal Slug.
