, was supposed to get $65 back by December 1, 2017. Missed that deadline, and I gave a fair amount of leeway for repayment. Gave multiple chances for repayment, even agreed to do monthly payments until I was paid back in full. All of those fell through. I have been in frequent contact with Neko, and have always gotten vague and/or apathetic responses.
