I sent my side of our arranged trade (Star Fox 64 3D) exactly as arranged. He notified me that he received the package but had not gotten to test it yet to make sure it was satisfactory. After that he has refused to contact me regarding our trade or send his side of the arrangement. He can resolve this by either sending his side of the trade (Red Dead Redemption for PS3), returning my side of the trade, or sending me the money to buy a new copy of Star Fox 64 3D (MSRP of $39.99).

We went back and forth negotiating a trade the first part of August. Kenneth was easily accesible at that time and in constant communication with an Excellent trader rating. We finally pended a trade on Aug. 23 with the terms we both send immediately. I sent and he received on Sep. 4th (he hasnt signed back on the site since that date). Several attempts have been made to contact him with no response, he also has several other btr's pending against him right now.

I have a pending trade with this guy. I have emailed him and tried messaging him on here and no response. He has not picked up the last package I sent him, as he stated I forgot to mail him an NES controller(which I then mailed him). Other people seem to be having issues with this guy too... So much for 4 gold stars.

Trader has broken multiple ship dates, for various unjustifiable reasons. Efforts to give trader more time and opportunity have not shown results.

I have a trade with a buyer (I as the seller) have sent the item(s) already using fedex and it was delivered and signed for by the buyer and now the buyer is telling me that the buyers mom dose not even have the money until later next week but that is not acceptable. Buyer says he got drunk and forgot to ask mom for the money. NOT A EXCUSE I will accept. This was for a nintendo 3ds with 2 games and mario kart wii. Buyer's profile says their are no problems and that the buyers feedback score was higher then mine so I had to ship first. What legal action could be taken against buyer if I am not paid part of the deal. Also how is someone under 18 allowed to use this type of services hmmm...
