Nice find. I chose to get the copy from Walmart because all 5 movies came with an automatic Instawatch copy. Now I can sell the codes separately and get back some of my money, and still have my own bluray and digital copies.

Great deal. I have these on Blu already but would otherwise be all over this!

I don't understand this, what is instawatch and how's it different than the UV copy?

It's Walmart's version of it own digital copy to be used on vudu, since they own vudu

Most of the time, those movies also transfer to Ultraviolet, or the new Movies Anywhere app. If I'm not mistaken, I think only two of my Instawatch movies were only available on VUDU. I purchase a lot of movies from Walmart for the Instawatch reason, and most transfer over to multiple apps like Google Play, Movies Anywhere, etc.

I bought this set for a Christmas present a few years ago. It is such a crapty collection. They basically took the movie disc from each of the five films and put them into a box. Any additional discs that may have been included are left out. One of the discs even says "Disc Two" on it.

Luckily my set didn't have any "Disc Two" discs in it, although one disc did say 'Disc One'. The packaging does suck ass, though.

I purchased a set from Walmart, and the middle disc holder arrived broken, so I ordered an exchange. The second copy was broken in a thousand pieces. Having dealing with a customer agent for 45 minutes trying to get another exchange, I gave up on them and decided to take apart the working pieces between the two sets and make one working set. It was a major hassle, but at least I have a good copy.

I bought the steelbook set of this release a few years ago and its great. I don't care about extra discs. Just the movies, and the steelbook has a space for the next movie, too.

The MoviesAnywhere part won't be true for Mission Impossible, at least not yet. MoviesAnywhere is missing a few of the major studios, including Paramount and Lionsgate. That means MoviesAnywhere doesn't have Star Trek, Mission Impossible, or Hunger Games, to name a few.

I'm thinking that eventually the remaining studios will get on board, but right now, those movies don't transfer to MA.

That is true, they didn't port to MA. I have to watch them on VUDU. A few other VUDU and/or Instawatch movies aren't, either, like The Godfather trilogy, The Iceman. The majority have ported over, but not all.

For me, personally, I don't care much for Movies Anywhere as long as my movies are accessible on VUDU. For me, VUDU is still my go-to app for digital viewing.

Vudu looks and feels like it was designed about 15 years ago without the help of a UX professional. But it works really well so maybe there's something to be said for that...
