Iron Man 2
Thor: The Dark World Thor: Ragnarok
Black PantherMay also be in need of Doctor Strange, but I haven't confirmed whether I have it already or not.
Prefer blu ray, but digital isn't out of the question. Just depends on what you're asking.
What would you pay for steelbooks? I have the Black Panther, Doctor Strange and Ragnarok steels.
Steelbooks are fun, but the reason I'm looking to fill the gaps in my collection is because my girlfriend has decided she's all-in on the MCU after Infinity War, and wants to watch them all sequentially.
That means "having them" > "fun" for me right now. I see that the steelbooks go for $35 new, which tells me that's probably not a tenable extravagance for me at the moment. If I have anything you'd like to trade them for, we can certainly have that discussion! But if I'm gonna buy the movies I'm missing, "the least expensive blu-rays I can find" is probably the way I need to go, given how many gaps there are.
No worries, I'll take a look at your list.
On another note, I'm not trying to be a salesman, but if you need multiple titles for MCU blurays, you might want to consider joining the Disney Movie Club. For $22, you can get 7 blurays (MCU movies if you need that many), and a free blanket. After that, you'll have to buy two movies ranging between $25-$30 to cancel your membership. If you're gonna spend money on the MCU movies, you definitely might want to just do it this way.
Some people say DMC is a scam, but I've had about 8 memberships. I cancel as soon as I buy my two titles, and then I renew. I'm actually about to cancel and renew my membership after I receive Black Panther tomorrow.
Maybe. I'm only missing the MCU movies I mentioned above, though. If I went that route, I'd wait until IW and Ant-Man/Wasp were on blu.
If I can fill the gaps inexpensively before then, that's my preference.
Is Hulk the Norton Hulk? That's actually an MCU movie I hadn't really considered acquiring, but probably should.
It sounds like I have a line on Thor and Iron Man 2 on blu ray from another source, so I'm waiting to hear back on that.
But if Hulk is the Norton Hulk, on blu ray, I'd have some interest.
I have Winter Soldier already! The only ones I didn't already have were the ones listed in the original post, and of course the Norton Hulk.
If it ain't among those 5-6, then I'm set already.
I have Thor: The Dark World (2-Disc 3D Blu-ray + Blu-ray set), are you still looking for this title?
Yep. If there's a version out there that doesn't have the 3D, though, that's my preference. I don't have a player or TV set that can use that.
(To my chagrin, my Age of Ultron BD came with a 3D disc that I can't use, as an example.)
I may have a copy of TDW inbound, but I'm keeping options open until that's definite.
