My Apple Developer Program Membership is due to expire on Feb 24 or so.
I needed it to release the GTZ app for ios last year.
I haven't updated the app in months (it seems fine/stable, no plans to work on it more at this point).
There aren't that many people using it.
I'm not sure it's worth the $99/year for the Apple dev membership.
If I don't renew, the app will still work for people who have it installed. But, I think it will get removed from the itunes store.
I don't think the Android store is like this. I think Android had a one time $25 developer fee, so it's all set.
I could just pay it and shut up, but I'm cheap and it annoys me that Apple wants this money every year.
I haven't ever used the app, personally, and I'm iOS. Unless you have a huge subset of people with pitchforks (which I doubt you would), I say let it go. I may go download it just to have it before it goes away though.

I think it's because we are old.

The custom users theme option is still there ? On old layout anyway

Loaded yours, it's very similar to Frosty Penguin. Your trade page and forum backgrounds are white and grayish color though, where as the default of FP is two different shades of low tone blue(easier on the eyes)
Also clicked links look brighter than I am used to.

You're a Artic Penguin, I hear they are very loyal mates.

Oh man this is such a nice tangent, I'm gonna make a thread!

The inception of this topic is so incidental(like prob 1 in 100,000 chance). I was looking up good graphic sprites on the NES to convince @Gypsy that NES has pretty graphics
i do love the app, use it majority of time, shall we subscribe or make donation specifically for the apple fee support continuance?
new users wouldnt be able to get it though, or yes ?
understood, surprised app use is not more widespread, thanks for creating it.
