As much as I'm glad to see this is a possibility I think I'll probably pass since I have these all on Xbox already. Great for people who didn't play these last gen though.

Blue

Green

Red

So, in the end your choices didn't matter. What a shock.

Unpopular Opinion: Bioware was never amazing.

I thought ME1 was good, 2 and 3 definitely felt like EAs hand was involved way too much. I think if they wee to have stayed independent then the series would have ended up being much better.

You can try em, I played the first one and it was so bad I never bothered with the others. It's like the writers combined all the popular Sci-Fi shows together and hoped no one would care, or notice. It just seemed like a giant BattleStar Galactica rip off to me. Maybe others but BSG was the main thing it reminded me of.

I liked Andromeda despite it having the worst fps of any game I've ever played (as in stuff actively freezing on the screen for a second at a time), so I suspect I'll like them. (I'm one of those people who is actually really excited about Starfield too for that matter.) I bought the trilogy on Xbox 360 to play on my X1X and bought all the DLC when it was pretty substantially on sale. Then, my father-in-law gave me an old PS3, and I decided I'd rather play it on there for the trophies, so I was debating whether or not to get the DLC again on PS3, but it's pretty expensive, so this announcement is great. Now I can just get a PS4/PS5 version of everything remastered.

Technically I have Game Pass and a couple of these on PC and Wii U, but I've never played more than like 10-15 minutes of it and it's been years. Might pick it up on the Switch -- I find myself able to actually finish games on it just because of the take-and-go factor.

These will be available on game pass via EA play. Not sure about the dlc though.

Don't know if I can bring myself to play these again knowing how it ends.

100% getting this hard. Loved 2, never played the others. Just playing 2, it was clear that choices mattered within that narrative, so that game was at least completely worth it regardless of how the third ended imo. It's a science fiction story in a video game, it's not like there was ever going to be infinite endings that would make sense. I'm fine with there only being 2 or 3, choices within the story itself leading to just a couple endings is fine by me. More than most games offer tbh.

Unfortunately, for the most part, your choices only really mattered for that one particular game that made them in. Character deaths are really the only thing that carried over from game to game, the rest of your choices never materialized into much. It was an ambitious game that never materialized.

I enjoyed all three games, and probably will get this for the right price.

Ah, so you think EA won't make it $60? I'm guessing $60. This is EA after-all.

They can make it whatever they want, I never said I was going to get it new or for full price.

The leaked price says $60 for X1 and PS4, $50 for Switch.

They're missing an opportunity if we don't get "I'm Commander Shepherd and this is my favorite remaster on the Citadel" ads. I'll buy this just to play a remastered ME2

Never gave these games a fair enough chance, so I might be down to pick up a remaster of these, provided it isn't a half assed attempt.

$50 for Switch is a no brainer day one for me, if that price is legit.
