I was worried for abit that owners of the digital version of FF7r would not get the upgrade... It did not sound right.. I think I read the article to fast... It was owners of the physical copy who have digital editions of The PS5 are outta luck.

Hmm, it almost sounds like if you own it digitally already, and it's not the PS+ version you will get the upgrade? that's how it's worded.

Please note the PS4 version of Final Fantasy VII Remake available to PlayStation Plus members is not eligible for the PS5 digital version upgrade.

My understanding is that digital owners of the paid version will get the upgrade. Only PS+ copies are ineligible.

Wow. That's an incredible month for PS+. I already have FF VII Remake, Remnant: From the Ashes, and Farpoint, but the first two are very good, and Farpoint is one of my favorite VR games.

Nope. I tried my local Best Buy and Walmart yesterday and there's signs up saying "Due to high demand this product is not sold in stores. Check our app or website for availability." 😑 They're probably afraid of riots. The closest I've gotten is Target for an in store pick up on their app but I haven't been quick enough when it pops up to complete the checkout before they disappear.

Target had online order Thursday, at like fudging 7:50am or something.

Just locked in a PS5 order on Wal-Mart for a 4/13 delivery. Took me a few tries but it's getting a bit better I guess. Special shout out and thanks to @Kommie for hooking me up with a good link to the Wal-Mart page.

Got a PS5 finally!!!!!!!! If anyone wants some help I have some links that work well for Wal-Mart and Amazon, for whenever they're back in stock. But you have to be FAST.

Astro's Playroom is a great short-game / tech demo for the DualSense. And you can delete it once you're done with free up space. Only took me 1-2 days to 100% it.

Can you re-download it? It's not like I intend to play that game that requires 500GB or anything.

Yeah that's is anmoying. But minor... I hate the damn adds that show up on the Xbox S/X dashboard. You cant get rid of them and it's often advertising crap you already have... It's bull crap that adds even have to show up on the dashboard in the first place.

I thought I added Bugsnax back when it was free, but I didn't. Is it worth getting/fun/amusing at least?

You can download your ps+ cloud saves for PS4 on to ps5- to be used on PS4 titles. Most games have an in game menu to upload to xfer data between 4 and 5.

If you don't have PS+ you should be able to put game saves on a USB from the PS4, and then copy them from that to the PS5.

I've used a usb to move files from PS4 to 5. The interface on ps5 basically treats the PS4 and ps5 saves as separate system- it's pretty much just like PS4 when you choose that.

Apparently some PS4 demos don't work since the developers didn't "rework" them to be playable on PS5. For example, The Adventures of Captain Spirit from Life is Strange 2 is not playable on PS5.

Just saw 1 year of PSN is only $25 and some change right now on cdkeys. Just grabbed one with no issues and never had problems with them in the past.

Psn is starting to feel worth it again imho. I've been happy with the offerings.

Seems like if you are willing to put in some effort in acquiring a PS5 (sign up for alerts via Twitter), you probably can get one. Resale prices are definitely coming down.

They're gonna probably go up/be a problem again with this third stimulus coming.

Yeah my Walmart PS5 order still hasn't updated. Still says pending/ETA 4/13. Better than nothing I guess.
