Hey all,
Question... I bought Siege when it first came out along with the season pass. I havent played it for about a year until yesterday. It looks like they have re-released several versions of the game with updates. Im curious what I would need to purchase to catch up and get everything. Do I need to buy the latest release from last month or can I just download some addons? Anyone have any clue?
Thanks in advance,
Buck

You probably got year 1, year 3 starts tuesday, and year 2 was last year. There's 4 seasons per year, so there is 3 season passes total.

So I'd have to buy year 2 and 3 on Tuesday? Do you know how much each one is? If I buy the newest hard disc that was released last month, what would that give me? I have GCU from Best Buy so that game would cost me $32. Is that me best bet?

The season 2 operators bundle is $20. The season 3 pass is $30 and gives you renown boosts all season, some R6 credits, all 8 operators when they release as well as early access 7 days before they release, and a bunch of other stuff I can't remember. The advanced edition of the game comes with some cosmetic stuff and some R6 credits, but does not include any season pass or operator bundles.

Sorry, this is confusing... if i were to buy the game that just released a few weeks ago, would I have everything? or would i still need season 2 op bundle?

It really is super convuluted. Stupid business model.

The Advanced Edition (The Edition that just came out) is the standard game with some bonus cosmetic content.
It does not include any year 2 or year 3 operators. So you would have to buy those in-game for a total of $50
This is the $82 option

The Gold Edition (Don't know if they sell it at Best Buy, or if it is online only) is on sale on UPlay for $50.
It comes with the most current season pass so you would get the season 3 pass with all of its benefits.
However, you do not have access to the year 2 operators so you would have to buy them in game for $20.
This is the $70 option

The Complete Edition is on UPlay for $70 and gives you both the year 2 operator bundle and the season 3 pass
This option is also $70 I believe

Can't all the operators be earned with points you get just by playing? Are the 'Year xx' passes just an instant access thing when new operators are released?

They can be, but it takes a bit. That's how I unlocked all of year 2 operators, I just played with a buddy a ton. This is the only game I've seen actually go up in price over time.
