Description

In my opinion, this is the best Rainbow Six package to get.
It includes everything that I mentioned in the summary, as well as the individual manuals for the original game and the expansion.
There is a Collector's Edition, but I am not sure what is contained in it, and if it is much different than this Gold Edition. If anyone knows what that Collector's Edition does include, then you might want to make a post on this review and that would be a great addition.

I am not going to go into any detail about the games, because I am writing reviews for each individual one, so you can check out those reviews for further details about them.
I gave this Gold Edition a slightly better grade than I did for the original Rainbow Six mainly because of what it includes and the outstanding Strategy Guide.

The graphics are still dated in this expansion, and it seems they made no attempt to improve them for this mission pack. But you do get more hours of enjoyment added to the original campaign and the graphics are not so bad that it makes you grimace in agony.

The Strategy Guide is excellent, and it alone makes it worth getting this Gold Edition. It covers ALL 16 missions in the original game, and the 5 extra ones in the expansion. It also goes into great detail about tactics, weapons, uniforms, complete roster of operatives, and much more.

I have begun writing reviews of Strategy Guides, so check out the one I will soon write for this guide.

If you want the complete Rainbow Six package, than this Gold Edition is the one for you.
