Auzrial and I pended a trade where he was to buy my Final Fantasy XII -- Collector's Edition for $13, and we had agreed to send at the same time. I was in a good mood, and figured that I would be able to trust him to send at the same time, as he "Promised" to. What a mistake that was. I'm out $13 and he's one FF12 richer. This is nothing I'm losing sleep over, but I still deserve payment for my item. I sent the user e-mails (as he conveniently froze his account and ran off), but to no avail. I gave him until Wednesday 7/15/2009 to get me my payment before I contact the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC³), his local police department, and his current employer and inform them of the internet fraud Fred Mashburn is running out of his home. I have full intention to report him if my payment is not in my mailbox THIS Wednesday. If I ever get my $13, this BTR will go away, but with you're ruined life behind the scenes, I don't think it would matter all-that-much.

We pended a trade for Auzrial to send me the shipping costs on some freebies I offered in the freebie forum. He was to send $3.50 by paypal in return for a music cd and promo flyers. I'm still waiting for the money and he is no longer responding to my messages and efforts to contact him. I know it's only $3.50 but this BTR goes up.

This BTR will be removed when I receive the money or Auzrial returns the items.

I paid Auzrial $10 via paypal 2 weeks ago for a FFVIII Lionheart Necklace and haven't received my end. He suddenly stopped responding to my messages and warnings so I have decided to file my complaint. Send me my item or refund my purchase. I should've noticed the past BTR's, though resolved, I should have taken the steps to have this user send my item first prior to sending payment so i guess i'm at fault somewhat and that it has come to this. I will be filing a paypal complaint as well if I do not receive any communication or immediate resolution as I take these sort of things seriously.

UPDATE: The Refund bounce and I have not received my refund after all. I want my refund and this BTR is coming right back up.

I paid $8.00 for Heart of Darkness (PSX) and all I've got to show for it right now is an excuse why he didn't ship it 2 1/2 weeks ago about how he can't find the 3D glasses (the ONLY reason I bought this game)...since then, no email, no contact, no messages what-so-ever...and most importantly, still no game.

SEND ME MY GAME!!

well i never could find em and if you had kids ud probably understand a little better but eh no worries ill refund your money in a matter of minutes.
