We agreed on January the 20th to trade Metal Gear Solid for GBC (my side of deal) for Metroid Fusion for GBA (his side of deal). So, I sent out promptly, and he said he got the game, and then said "yeah I sent it out a little while ago you should get it soon" which is the last I have heard from him. It has now been about 4 weeks and still, no Metroid, and he has stopped responding to emails.

All I ask is that I either get Metroid Fusion, which was the original deal, or that he atleast sends back MGS.
I am one step away from filing for mail fraud.

I sent Baldurs Gate back on Jan 23rd and he was to send Pikmin

4. When the other trader said they sent their part of the deal (if they told you).They said they were sending the last week in January when they got my game
5. Summary of any communication attempts to try to resolve the deal, including any replies from the other trader. Include dates if possible.

He replied back in January but I havent heard anything in February , I have sent about 6 or 7 emails in February with no reply.
6. What the other trader must do in order to resolve the problem.

I never received the title and It was just before you went subscriber only, so it looks like I got the short end. Is there any course of action I can take since they did not send there end. I do have their address at home so...
