I'm filing this BTR to warn and inform the pending trades of Frockis.

Frockis has been identified as an someone with an old account at GameTZ that has BTRs on it: OooooTFC

The OooooTFC account has now been merged into Frockis (old BTRs, trades, and all).

Before OooooTFC, he was also known as "ebaydot" (and many still know him best by this username).

I've suspended this Frockis account. I know that he wants to complete his pendings trades, but I'll leave it up to you how you want to handle it given the situation.

If you want cancel the trade (if no one has sent anything) or send his stuff back, then cancel; that's fine. Send me (bill) a pm if you need help doing that.

If you want to complete the trade as agreed, then you can talk to him via email and have him let me know when he sends/receives (I can update the pending trade status as needed to complete the trade eventually -- though, I wont be able to do a rating, but that's not important). Again, feel free to pm me if you need help or email moderators (if you want me to respond by email).

I'll also send Frockis a list of all the pendings and the info needed to contact the other trade by email and the trade info to help you both resolve the trades.

At this point, I'm not likely to reactivate his account. Though, if the old BTRs got resolved, I'd consider it.

offer Pended Novembe 24th, My GBA SP for HIS $20 He wanted me to send first, which I didn't mind cause I was new. I sent on Nov. 28th, he recieved Dec. 10th, I have not recieved anything yet after multiple times of him saying he would send me something. I was hoping to resolve this without a BTR but after almost 4 months of no contact I'm done waiting.

Will remove this BTR if I get my GBA SP or my $20 US

I agreed to send him my N64 collection for $25. He first said months later he didn't receive. Then he finally admitted to receiving on December 10. On December 29th he marks as having sent on the 16 of December. I still have gotten no paypal, and he won't reply to my messages. I can get screenshots to prove I never got the money. I want the money, as I needed that money a month ago or he can just send me back my stuff.

I'm filing this BTR on ebaydot because it's an easy way to contact all the people he has pending trades with.

ebaydot has been banned, permanently from GameTZ. In his time here, he's got some BTRs and has a long history of being rude to other traders. I warned him to cool it last month, but recent events have shown he has no intention to change. So, I'm pulling the plug on him to avoid future trouble.

I apologize for any inconvenience this causes to his pendings. There simply is no good time to do this, so it seems best to just bite the bullet and deal with him now. I do plan to work with ebaydot to get his pending trades completed. He's got 14 at the moment! He can email GameTZ moderators, to give us updates on the trades to let us know when he sent/received. We can edit his pending trades to reflect this. From your point of view, you can use the trade report as normal. Though, keep in mind that ebaydot has not access to GameTZ. So, if you need to contact him, we suggest email or other means.

In cases where neither you nor him has sent, it may be best to simply cancel the trade. A lot of people have had trouble trading with him, so we recommend this. But, it is up to you and ebaydot. If you'd like us to cancel your pending trade with him, please email the moderators.

[ Update: 01/01/2009 - ebaydot made a new account (OooooTFC) and has made some trades along with carrying a lot of pending trades. I'm not sure what we're going to do about it, but I've merged the old ebaydot account into this OooooTFC as a start. Note, the past BTRs, and big old pending trades.... traders beware.. -bill ]
