On September 13, I created an offer with Thomas Oakly(MethTical05). We both agreed to ship immediately. He was to ship me an XBox, 1 XBox controller, and Counter Strike for XBox. I shipped him The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past (GameBoyAdvance); SuperMarioAdvance4 (GameBoy Advance); Lego Island (PC); DragonBallZ:Budokai2 (PS2); Marvel Vs. Capcom2 (PS2); Medal of Honor:Frontline(PS2);Samurai Warriors (PS2); The Sims:Bustin'Out (PS2); Star Wars:Bounty Hunter (PS2); Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon:JungleStorm (PS2); The Legend of Zelda:A Link to the Past (Strategy Guide); Terminator 3:Rise of the Machines (DVD); Star Wars Episode II (DVD); Spongebob Battle for Bikini Bottom (GameBoy Advance); and NeedForSpeed Hot Pursuit II (PC). On September 15, I shipped my items to him via UPS. The UPS tracking site confirms that Thomas Oakly received my items on September 20. He also confirms that he received the agreed upon items via a message on the Trade/History Log. After several messages asking him to confirm how he shipped (September 20, 25 & 29) and with the help of Gametz Dispute Resolution, he finally responded on September 30 stating that he may have sent his package to the wrong address and asked for my address again. I provided my address to him on September 30. I have since sent him three messages, the latest on October 21, asking him where the XBox is and when I might expect it as it has been so long since he said he shipped. I have heard absolutely nothing from him. On October 21, I informed him that I would be filing this report and that I would prefer not to have to take this step but he left me no choice. I would be happy if 1) I either received the agreed upon trade (XBOX, controller, and game) or 2) he returns all of the items I traded to him.
