Ok. So here is what happened. I made a forum for a big list of games that I was willing to get rid of so that I can make some money. See, I really need money since I am a struggling college student. So, Greg e-mails me that he wants to pay me for a lot of my games. I just needed to wait unil the 20th to send. So, I did that and even turned down some amazing offers because I always keep my word. The games and dvds that I sent him are Simpsons Season 1, Simpsons Season 2 , Simpsons Season 3 , GTA Double Pack , Rainbow Six 3 Preorder bonus , Soul Blade , Tobal No 1, Sonic 3D blast , Sonic Spinball , Sonic and Knuckles , Sonic 2 , ESPN National Hockey Night, Hardball 3. And in return for all of that I get $117. I think that is very reasonable. So he lied to me about sending a check out and frankly I bet that if the check would have come, it would have been bad. So, I sent him many e-mails and after a while he stopped returning them. So, I have made him plenty of offers to return the games or send the cash via paypal. However, he still refuses to send it.
Also, the phone number which people have for him is disconnected, so I think that his dad got the number changed and now it is unlisted. So this is what I am doing.
1) File a mail fraud with the Postal Service (done)
2) Call up his county police with the phone number of 775-328-3001. There they will give you an incident report which they will either mail or fax to you. I got it mailed. (done)
3) Fill out report and follow it up all the time. Thats the job of the police.
This crime that he committed is a felony. He can go to juvenile and his dad can go to prison too. Also, if I still do not get my money or games by the time that the trial is over, then I will go to civil court and get the money there. My family is full of good lawyers and I won't let some kid steal out money/items.
Please feel free to contact me if you need any help on any of the steps. my e-mail address is tcasias@mines.edu and I have a great reputation on this site. Lets not let him get away with this. He has over $500 worth of stuff. I know I will get my stuff/money in the end.
Good luck to all of my fellow traders out there and never never never trade with this guy.

PS I will take down this BTR when all of my fellow traders get their trades back or his end the of trade.
