on September 2nd we agreed to a trade, my summoner guide for his breath of fire 3 case . I sent on the 3rd of September priority mail with DC , 03082690000128713868. It shows he recieved on the 5th, I have been told twice, once on the 3rd and again on the 8th that he was going to ship or had already shipped my item. When i asked him for the DC he never responded. It is now the 23rd and i still have not recieved my item or gotten a message back from him. I was part of the investigation to find he has multiple accounts, I would either like my guide back or the item we agreed on. All of his BTR's are very simple fixes, he just needs to take care of them.

We pended a trade on June 3, 2009. My copy of Mega Man Legends 2 for his copy of Xenogears complete in excellent condition. I was new at trading on this site so naturally, I had to send first. I'm a fast shipper and sent the next day, June 4 with delivery confirmation. Here's the tracking number: 0308 1400 0000 9403 9759 to confirm this.

It was delivered on June 6, 2009 according to the tracking number. I had to ask him if he received it and he marked it as received 2 days later on June 8. When we agreed on the trade, he said that he would send Xenogears as soon as he received Mega Man Legends 2. After a week of no communication on his end at all, I sent him a message on June 15 asking for him to send his part of the trade. Almost a month later, I sent him another message on July 8, but there was no response of any kind from him.

It's over 3 months now and I still haven't received my game or heard anything from him. He has clearly ripped me off. What is worse is that I found out two days ago that he came back to the site on a different username two months ago and started trading again - it's obvious he's building up his reputation just to scam more people. Even worse, I saw him trying to sell/trade my Mega Man Legends 2 on the forums on the Classifieds and General Marketplace as if nothing had happened. This was two days ago on September 7, further investigation led me to the fact that he posted it for sell/trade on the forums on August 25 as well. As of now, he has my game on his "available" section (which I request to be taken off) and I haven't received his side of the trade yet!

To resolve this BTR I would like either:
a) My Mega Man Legends 2 back in the original condition I sent it to him (my preferred method of resolution)
b) Xenogears in complete and excellent condition as agreed upon

He can certainly resolve this quickly since my preferred method of resolution is getting my Mega Man Legends 2 back which he still has. If he wants to keep on trading on this site, he must resolve his BTRs which there are currently a couple filed against him. I for one will never trade with this guy again and warn anyone who is thinking of trading with this scammer.

Agreed to trade my Arc the Lad Collection for his $50. Offer was agreed upon on May 14, 2009. I sent on May 19 and delivery confirmation says it arrived on May 20. Ghostshadow confirmed its arrival on May 25 and said he sent payment on May 26. On June 4, I said I still had not received his check. On June 7, he wrote a short reply saying that the check was on its way. On June 16 I messaged him again saying that I still haven't gotten his check. I said if he was having problems, he could just send the game back and we'd cancel the trade. I've not heard back.

To resolve this BTR I would like either
a) my game back in the original condition I sent them in
b) my $50 I'm owed (this is my preferred method of resolution)

I've traded with ghostshadow before with no problem. I have no idea what's going on since our previous 2 trades went smoothly. Its been over a month now since he received my game, and he obviously did not send the check.

EDIT: Says he sent on September 13th. Its the September 24th and I still haven't received.

Pended a trade on June 5th, his $37 for my copy of Strider 1 and 2 for the PS1. I was a new trader with no star, so I sent the discs first. I sent on June 6th and the delivery confirmation notice from the post office says it was delivered on the morning of the 8th. I have heard nothing from him since the games arrived. I left several notes on the trade as well as several private messages. Emails to him bounce back saying the mailbox is full. He had a gold star and 100% feedback rating before this trade.

To resolve this BTR I would like either
a) my game back in the original condition I sent them in
b) my $37 (this is my preferred method of resolution)
c) another game(s) of equal value to the $37 I was promised. From the look of his have list and my want list, I don't think this is possible.

I've spoken with several people on the forums who vouched for him in past trades, so it's possible something has happened to him / her. I hope that's not the case, but I have to cover all my bases. I will leave this here for a week or two to allow for responses before looking into mail fraud.

edit: I see that he has logged back into the site on 7/4, so maybe things will get resolved?
