Hi, Sissy Lau paid me back after her local police dept took her into custody. They told her she had to pay back the people she had stolen money from or they would lock her up I guess. So it DOES pay to follow through when someone rips you off. She paid back other people who filed the reports along with me too. I am leaving this report up as a warning though, be careful if you deal with her!!!! If she had not been thrown in jail she would not have paid me back...
She has ripped off many people including me for $200. I think she is well into the thousands at this point. I have filed an FBI report and a report with my local PD. Both of these were forwarded on to the appropriate authorites in Malaysia which are described by a fraud agency I contacted over there:

If anyone else has been ripped off by her please contact me and/or these agencies in Malaysia, what she has done and is doing is definitely a jailable offense in her country!!!
