I ask that traders with a or less send first. If you have a or higher, we can send same time, or I'll send first, I'm not really worried about it at that point. Please note that I don't accept eBay as a feedback source, however, if I already know you from another site/forum, I may take that into account.

If I'm buying from you, I can send money order, Paypal, Dwolla, or whatever alternative floats your boat. If you're sending me money, I accept any money orders (or cashier's checks), Paypal, and Dwolla, and I'm open to other methods.
