We had a deal to trade Commandos: Behind Enemy Lines and The Stratagy Guide for SimCity 3000. We were to send at the same time, but I have never recived Sim City 3000. I have seen other traders report him as a bad trader, but only after I had sent Commandos. I have been unable to reach him, even though I have tried many, many times. Joseph - If you either send me Sim City 3000, or Commandos and the Guide, I will remove this report.

Joseph finally sent the games, so I am deleting my earlier report. It took him 2 months to send me my games, and he sent Myth 2 without the multiplayer insert, so I can't play it on Bungie.net. The games are originals that he sent.

Well for starters this person has made trades with many people and there are a lot of them that have never received anything from him. I have talked to some people, his other traders, and they were very unsatisfied with the way Joseph Roman is handling this. It is really hard to get a response out of him because he does not respond to most e-mails people have sent him. I myself had a hard time reaching him. I am putting this on here for me and everyone else who have been jipped by him. I made the trade with him 3-4 weeks ago and he has not responded very much and has still not sent. I want to warn anyone who tries to trade with Joseph Roman to make him trade first. If not that then try not to trade with him at all. To: Joseph Roman I will take this off as soon as you get me my stuff. You owe me Leisure Suit Larry 6 and Sim City 3000. Please send my stuff and everyone elses.

Well, to all the traders scammed by this guy, I feal your pain. I too was ripped off by this Joseph Roman, and I live in Texas so it will be easier to file a law suit against him. Meanwhile, to all that have been lucky enough not to have been scammed by (THIS EVIL ONE) Joseph Roman, *DONT TRADE WITH HIM* he can't be trusted. It started when I sent him a $15.00 money order for Dune 2, I never heard from him again... Sad really...

I had a deal with him to send him Klingon Honor Guard for Grim Fandango. Luckily I told him he had to send first. I never rec'd anything so I'm not out anything but from the looks of it if I had sent I would be out a good game. Again, my advice is that if someone does not have at least 20 confirmed trades and you have more than that, ask them to send first. If they are honest, they will.

We agreed to a trade March 8. I sent my end of the trade the 9th. He confirmed receiving it. As of yet all I have gotten are excuses as to why he hasn't sent anything. His last confirmed trade was 3-22 so I know he has been to the post office. Be warned about trading with this person. D. Kremlick
