here's the facts....
I was contacted via email about this trade.. after some discussion, of the sale I agreed to sell it to him.. at this time... we had not agreed on a price yet... whereupon he created a pending trade with no amount listed.... (i should have been suspicious then,) after which we discussed a little further and he agreed to send 20 american dollars...
but I had to send first so I did....
while the gmae was in transit he emailed and emailed saying how he got games from japan but he hadn't received mine yet....I enquired at the post office and the stated that due to american thanksgiving it may be late...
then he suddenly stopped emailing me....

and I got worried....
and I started checking their online tracking daily...
and one day magically..
VOILA!!

I sent the page to him and he replied he'd send it monday...... (the seventh)
and I'm getting very, very worried with all the BTR's going up on this guy....
If I ever get my money.. this BTR will go down

I called his house, i got his brother. Turns out Slavegrind went to see his girlfriend and never came back...anyways i got his brother to send me back most of my stufff, i got it all back except for Popful Mail for Sega CD.

Ok The trade was my Laptop for his Modded Ps2 /w 12 games 2 cont 2 mem card and a xbox /w 8 games and 2 cont.Isent him the laptop to him because he said that he dot ripped before out of his bose speakers so he wouldnt send that much stuff and get rippe again.''we had dealed with each other before and i figured i would be ok sending 1st''Well he recieved the Laptop and he said it was broken.That it wont run in safe mode and he said it was improperly shut down.It was weird because i shipped out the 27th of October and he said it was improperly shut down the 28th of October.My delievery confirmation # is 0303 1910 0001 2608.He then said he was going to have a friend look at it later to see if he could fix it.Well a week or so went by and he said he sent it to the guy to be fixed and told me he was paying for it and he would send the ps2 and xbox out to me.As the days go by i finally get a hold of him and he says that the laptop is a piece of crap and he is sending it back.Well thats when he suposedly ''moved'' Now when i talk to slavegrind 1900 on aim he says that this is steve williams and ''phillis and dan moved out''The guy i dealed with he said his name was Dan but anywas Steve said he would talk to Dan and tell him that i wanted the laptop back.Acouple days later he says dan is furious and wont send back unless i give him 160 for how much he paid to get it fixed.I never agreed to pay for anything ! He said he sold the ps2 and xbox so from there i nagged Steve.Steve said i was rude and ''Dan has the message'' and he said ''he didnt know anyhting else and that id have to get in contact with dan'' i asked him for his new s/n and he says nothing now when i e-mail or im slavegrind i get no response.I think that steve williams was pretending to be Dan but i dont know for sure . So now im out of a laptop.
