In September (this is about two months ago, now) I sent John the box for TMNT: Fall of the Foot Clan, which I guess he was looking for. He was initially very communicative, which is great. I sent him the box and he said he would send me the $4 we agreed on. A couple of weeks pass and I get nothing, so I send him an e-mail. He replies a few days later saying his computer crashed and he couldn't get my address so it would be delayed. Now it's November and I still have received nothing from him. I've sent him additional reminder e-mails, but he started to ignore them completely. In October I sent him one last e-mail telling him that if I don't hear from him in a week then I would file a bad trader report. I've given him a lot more time than he deserves, and there's still not a word, not a cent from this guy. I know the box isn't worth a whole lot, but I had to pay money from my own pocket to ship it (including box and padding to protect it) which is barely covered by the $4. Apparently, he doesn't understand that I have costs to cover too. Enjoy your free box, John, but I don't know how you can live knowing that you made me pay for you to steal it from me.

Same case, Jon de Ojeda worded it very well already. My trade was made september 11th. Trade was for Adventure is Serenia for my Loom, Indy and I have no Mouth.

Eyal contacted me for a trade offer for my The Dagger of Amon Ra and Crime City PC games for his The Elder Scrolls III: Marrowind -- Collector's Edition. Obviously this was a too good to be true trade and I agreed to it. The trade was pending on Sept 26th and I shipped my package on Sept 28th via Air Mail. The postal clerk forget to scan in the label serial # so it does not appear on my receipt.

After being contacted by 2 traders who also posted BTRs on him below said Eyal has confirmed recieving their packages, but they have not receive Eyal's. It's been half a month and I know he also received mines. I have traded with 2 other traders from Israel before with no problems. Plus our packages took around 1-2 weeks to get to each other.

I e-mailed Eyal and surprisingly he replied very quick, an hour later! I asked if he can send me a scan of the postal receipt so I can see if he actually sent his side of the trade. Since then, he never replied. I'm guessing after he got all those BTRs.

Basically my story is about the same as Jon's.

As of now, I still have not received his package.

Aaron Keown offered me a trade of Grand Theft Auto 3 (of PC) for Spiderman: The Movie (for X-BOX).
We agreed to send our games at the same time with delivery confirmation. I sent mine and Aaron received it two days later. I never received GTA3 and Aaron told me he did not use delivery confirmation so we could not track what happened. I have waited over two months to recieve my game and I have given Aaron several chances to make things right.

I believe Aaron lied and never sent the game. Aaron did e-mail me several times and told me he sent it but I never received it. I told him I want him to send Spiderman back to me but he refused. NOW, Aaron has stopped responding to my e-mails.
Aaron is a young kid and obviously not trust worthy.

DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS PERSON.

Aaron, you should be happy to know that I will be contacting the authorities to recover my stolen property.

I traded the Editor's Choice Collection for his Pepper's Adventures in Time. We agreed to mail at the same time, Sept. 23. I sent mine but have not received his. After six weeks I sent emails which were never answered although he was very communicative on setting up the trade. If he doesn't send his game, I would like my game back.
