The trade was pended on 2-Sep-2002. I sent my part of the trade shortly (which was Oni-PC) after that. He got it just fine and he said that he was going to send the money (which was $12) soon. And that was over 2 months ago! I kept e-mailing him and he said that he has been really busy with work. I understand that but it has been over 2 months and that is a long time for a trade. This will be deleted when I get my money.

Me and Antonio_Balt pended a trade on September 22nd 2002. The trade was his Dreamcast w/ all hookups, 3 controllers, 3 memory cards and an Action Replay disk for all my PC games (8 in total) and Super Mario All-Stars.I sent my end of the deal on September 30th 2002, it arrived to Antonio on October 5th 2002. He e-mailed me on October 7th 2002 saying that he got my package and would ship out the Dreamcast A.S.A.P. On October 14th 2002 I recieved another e-mail from Antonio saying that he was extremely busy trying to get into the Army and that he had not shipped the Dreamcast yet but he would by that week. Then on Monday October 21st 2002 I get anothert e-mail from him this time saying that he was probably gonna have to move to California but would ship out the Dreamcast on Tuesday October 22nd 2002. And that was the last time I heard from him. I know he still comes around cause he last logged onto GameTZ today November 11th 2002 and he still didnt take time and e-mail me.I have sent him numerous e-mails requesting information on what was going on but he hasnt replied to any of them. All I want is either my games back or the Dreamcast

I will remove this BTR as soon as I get what I want. It shouldnt be too hard to go to the Post Office and ship something out, usually takes 5 minutes or less.

Hathaway had an auction where I bid on a sega genesis ac adapter for $4. The auction ended on a thursday and I sent the following wednesday, oct 9. He then proceeds to threaten me that if my money order is not recieved before friday, only a week after the auction end, he would with hold my adapter and return the money order. It is now nov 11 and I have not recieved either my adapter or my returned money order after more than a month. I sent an email in question this week as to when I was going to get something and he said he never received my money order and it was my problem, and he would never do that, he's an honest guy. Evidently he is not an honest guy seeing as this is the thrid btr filed in the span of a month. I will file mail fraud if I do not get notice of something being sent to me, either the adapter or my money order.

Kevin and I agreed to trade My Sony Playstation with 15 games, 2 sony brand controllers, 1 30 block memory card and all of the hookups for his Microsoft Xbox with 2 games 1 controller and all the hookups.

Kevin told me that if I agreed to send at the same time he would throw in two free games so we agreed to send at the same time(even though he had not yet completed a trade and I would normally require him to send first, but he requested to send at the same time and I agreed{I wont make that mistake again}).We agreed to send on thursday october 31st. He said he sent first class and I sent Priority because it didn't end up costing me any more in the long run and I was fine with the difference in shipping. I waited until monday and the Xbox still hadn't arrived. I e-mailed him and he said he sent and he still hadn't recieved the Platstation. I figured there was probably a delay for some reason and figured I would wait a couple days longer. So thursday rolls around and after 1 week I still haven't seen hide nor hair of the Xbox. I emailed him again and he said he still hadn't recieved the Playstation(which should have arrived no later than monday seeing as I sent Priority mail and were only one state away). Then I found out the post office doesn't even let you send first class mail on a package the size of an Xbox so I sent him another email in which I told him that if I didn't get the Xbox by Saturday November 9th I was going to file a BTR and persue further legal action.

Kevin if you are trying to pull something, think again!!! I will only remove this BTR when I recieve the Xbox and the games we agreed on and/or my playstation with all of the games the controllers and the memory card in all the same condition I sent them to you in.

*UPDATE*

As of today(Dec 29 2002)I have decided to persue a mail fraud Case aginst Him. He has yet to respond to countless emails and im sick of putting up with this crap. you deleted the pending trade a while back which finally halped me make up my mind. No more mr nice guy!! You cant do stuff like this to prople and get away with it.

On Sept. 6, 2002 I entered into a trade with Eyal. I had traded with him before with no problems and in fact, with exemplary results. In my most recent trade with him he told me that he had not received my games, and I also had not received the game he said he shipped. He also offered compensation, which I replied to but have received no answer as yet. I was about to write this situation off to unfortunate circumstances considering the present problems in Israel but then on Nov. 5, 2002 I received an email from another GTZ member that had also not received his game. This person had received an email from a 3rd GTZ member who had also not received his game. Not wanting to jump to conclusions, I emailed the people that Eyal had pending trades with to see if they had received their games. None had as yet! I was still not convinced that Eyal had flagrantly reneged on his part of our trade and I thought it was possible that he may be a victim of unfortunate circumstances. Then, today, I received an email from yet another GTZ member about Eyal and directing me to this article that he created -

I still have no direct evidence that Eyal has reneged on our trade other than the fact that he stated that he shipped my game via Air Mail on Sept. 08, 2002 (60 days ago) but I thought that this Bad Report was necessary (given the accumulated information) in order to halt trades with Eyal until this matter is resolved.

Any additional information, from the moderators or others, that I am not aware of would be appreciated. I would be more than happy to remove this bad trader report if any positive information concerning Eyal Katz's integrity is submitted.

To this date, I have not received my game.
