THIS BTR WILL NOT BE REMOVED April 3, 2001 Ok first of all its been 116 days!!!!!! And I really want my stuff!Are intial trade was my House of the Dead 2 with two Guns and Ready 2 Rumble boxing for his $71... But we changed it to My stuff for his $55 and one Dreamcast controller. Are initial trade got deleted by the GAMETZ SITE for being pending for more than 90 days!Uh I havent took action,but my father has! He is more angry than I am and I havent told him what happened until recently and he was really angry. This was about a 3 days ago. I was banned from making post going to chat. So I couldnt post it earlier. But he told someone and things started to roll. So Jose expect a letter in the mail from a law firm or something? He going to file for mail fraud Saturday. The money has to be here Jose by Saturday. Its completely out of my control so dont ask me for some more time because I cant give you any. anyways I can get money for what I pay for at the stores so either you pay $55 and a controller or $120? your pick? And I always wonder why I saved all my reciepts. Updated 4/6/2001 My stuff hasnt come in the mail Friday and tomorrow is deadline....so as promise mail fraud will be filed immediatly after the mail arrives.Our trade now has extended to 118 days exactly. After mail fraud is file, still send I dont know how reversible it is. If it isnt at all tough luck.Updated 4/19/2001 Ok my stuff hasnt arrived and MAIL FRAUD has been filed! Its been 132 since our intial trade. Fun Facts that really pissed me off. -Jose has recieved a total of $202 ..... none of which he gave to me ! -Jose has SPENT $150 !!!!!!!!!! Now if are trade was first, shouldnt I get my money first.-Obviously he is trying to rip me off!-Jose has told me he actually sent my stuff ! Rmorris

At the beginning of March he offered me five N64 games for $70, I sent the money and waited about a week. Which i then send him an email asking if he received the money and/or send the games, well he never replied and I sent two more emails but each time they came back to me saying that his email address does not exist anymore. So anyway David if you are reading this please send the games and I will remove this report.

I made a trade with Korey Dotson (saltman4u aka kgamer219) and he gave me an address to mail my package to. I sent my package for his ps2. I mailed it out and when he didn't recieve it he said it was somone elses address. After I got ripped off we looked up his phone number in west virginia and we didn't find a number. However, when we looked for his phone number in Virginia, it was found. His plan to rip off people. He said he lives in West Virginia but no. What he does is he gives you the address and after you send it out he'll tell you that you sent it to the wrong address. And good luck in getting it back.

We agreed on a trade on September($60 for a N64 package). I had to send the money first, which I did, since he had more trades than me. He got the money in a week and sent the package by regular mail. He told me he would send priority, but I didn't mind, since the package was kinda cheap anyway. I never got the package. I tried to contact him often, but, aside from the times I saw him in chat, I never got any replies. He finally told me in chat he would send me my money back in two weeks. It's been near a month since then and I haven't heard anything from him.

I don't think he is trying to ripp me off, but I'm tired of always trying to contact him when HE should be the one contacting me. So this BTR is here mostly to remind him to contact me sometimes soon, and will of course be deleted as soon as I get my money back.

I mailed out a N64, 4 mb expansion pack, 2 games(zelda and star wars), 1 controller and memory pack. In return I was to recieve a Neo Geo Pocket Color with 4 games. I have a DC # for the package I sent, and it states the package was delivered. He denied recieving said package. I called him, and he lied several times, about his address, the package, and proceded to give me a fake DC #. I hung up, tracked the DC # and found out it was fradulent. I called back, and got his mother on the phone. She said this has happened before, and also denied getting a package(LIE). So now I am without the N64 or the NGPC which was never sent. I will persue this to the fullest extent, and will set an example out of knyland and his mother! I refuse to be ripped off, regardless of age. His mother's excuse was that he was a minor. Well, he can read well enough to participate on gametz and complete transactions, so I'm sure he was able to read the section of MAIL FRAUD. Point and case he ripped me off and I won't tolerate it.

UPDATE (10-19-00)
kgamer219's(aka kbyrd3)(aka saltman4u) mom sent part of my stuff back. Only after he had removed the Expansion Pak from my 64, and sent me back a pc game instead of the 2 N64 games(Rogue Squadron and Zelda) that I had sent him!

Once I receive something to compensate for the loss on the trade I will remove this BTR. If Knyland makes an effort to right this wrong, then I would consider him a changed trader. But until then, I still feel a warning is needed!
