On October 18th, we agreed on a trade deal of his Resident Evil, Tekken 3, and WWF Warzone for my Crash Bandicoot 2, Game Guru, and Gran Turismo. Well as to this day (2 weeks later!), I have not received any of these games and he had agreed that he would send his games first. I've sent him a few e-mails in the last two weeks and have not received a single response. It's not like he ripped me off, he just hasn't kept his agreement!

This kid took 3 of my import Saturn Games and never sent me my money! He made up some excuse about not getting paid, so he didn't have the money. Soon after he stopped responding to emails. Phil Koch is probably Ryan Powell, a UGTZ member (or lives at the same address). We agreed to a trade and I sent my game out and his never arrived. He asked me to address it to "Game" instead of Phil. I should have know something was up then. As the story goes, I never received my package. Anyway, in one of his emails, he signed off as "-Ryan" so that got me curious. Anyway, I did some searching and found a guy on the UGTZ named Ryan Powell who had the same address. I sent Ryan an email and he replied claiming that his neighbor "Phil" was the one who set up the trade and that he was just using Ryan's address for shipment. Coincidence? I think not. After repeated emails to both Ryan and Phil, and involving the UGTZ bad trader folks, I did get my game back. So, consider yourselves forwarned when dealing with either of these guys. (I still have the emails if anyone is interested)

I sent him $45 for 2 N64 games that he was going to send me, NFL Blitz and QB Club '99. I sent the money first and waited for 2 weeks, but no response. I got his phone # from someone who got ripped off from him before I did. I called him and talked to his dad. His dad's name is Steve and his son's name is Tim Gelhardt. Anyway, his dad is making him to send me my money back. If you have been ripped off, call the number above and talk to Steve. You will get your money or stuff back.

he ripped me off of 3 of my games. tuesday oct. 20 he was supposed to send me nascar 99, 007, and nfl blitz. and i sent my madden 64, wayne gretzky 3d hockey, and sub-zero. now its thursday oct. 29. i didnt suspect him to rip me off because i said i would add cruisin usa and starfox 64 for his madden 99, but he said it would be to good of a trade for me. i guess he is just really stupid to not rip me off of two more games. do not trade with this guy. if he has ripped you off i have some info for you. his phone number is (541)-882-4907. he may have other names so do not trade with anyone living on hope street in klamath falls, oregon.
