The terms of our trade were: I send my Nintendo 3DS XL in exchange for $50 USD via Paypal and an Interact Gameshark.

I've received $45 dollars and the Gameshark. He still owes me $5, and it has been nearly two months since I've last spoken to him, despite attempts to check on the status of our trade.

While I don't especially care about the $5, I would still like the terms of our agreement fulfilled, and I hope filing this BTR will get his attention.

To resolve this, I would simply like $5 USD sent to me via Paypal, friends and family.

He did not come through on our agreement for the amazon prime share. I have tried to communicate with Chris but it appears he has abandoned his account and stiffed other users out of money too. I gave him several months to pay me the $18 and sent him several reminders about it without him contacting me back. If he would have communicated with me I would have had no problem pushing the payment off even further down the line but he has not logged in since may 6th this year. I have since removed him from the prime share group starting today and if he wants me to pull down the BTR he will need to send my $9, through paypal/money order/walmart or best buy or amazon gift card.

Gave me some excuse about getting sick and unable to pay back. All his other debtor gave pay back except me when I was the only one nice enough to give him extension. It's been more than 2 months since he last responded.

I had a $20 Nintendo eShop code, and he wanted to trade with me for $20 Paypal. I agreed, but I reasoned that he should go first and send the $20 Paypal. We were both new traders, but since he was using Paypal, he'd have Paypal Protection to protect him from any scam. If I went first, I'd have no protection if he were to just steal my $20 Nintendo code. That's why I felt this was fair; I even gave him my CheapAssGamer Trading page to ensure him that I'm not a scammer, and have made many successful trades before.

We agreed that he goes first, and then he sent me a FAKE Paypal confirmation email and sent me a message on GameTZ saying he sent the money. When I called him out on sending me a fake email, he called me a scammer and said he's never going first.

Just wanted to report this user for fraud so that he is unable to do this to other users who are trying to trade.
