I agreed to trade at the same time with kingnate84 (Nate Zieglar) on the 9th of February 2016; his Witcher 3 (PS4) for my Fallout 4 (PS4). We agreed to trade at the same time. He sent me a message on the 10th stating that he would ship the game, but apparently, he never did. There was no followup to it. I sent on the 11th and had a tracking number. It shows that my game arrived at his given address on the 16th of February, 2016. Since then, Nate has not communicated with me. I tried to message him repeatedly but he has not responded. Records show that he did log onto the site on the 20th of February 2016, but did not communicate with me about any update as to whether he would send his game soon, let alone mark on the site that he had received my game. I tried to give Nate the benefit of the doubt and give him time, but now I think I need to assume the worst. I can only hope that I am wrong, and that there was something that prevented Nate to send his game. Hell, maybe he even forgot. I don't know. But I'd hate to think of him as a thief. Nate can easily fix this by either sending Witcher 3 to me as agreed upon, or send my game, Fallout 4, back to me. Simple.

Bleyz: It has been 3 weeks since we agreed to trade at the same time. I have not received your end of the trade agreement. You said you would send on the 10th but have not. I sent on the 11th and the tracking states that my item had arrive to your given address on the 16th. For 2 weeks, you’ve had my game but haven’t communicated to me whether you received or, more importantly, shipped your part of the trade. In fact, since we agreed with the trade, you’ve stopped all communication even though you’ve logged in during that time. If there are external issues preventing you from fulfilling your part of the trade agreement, I will understand but you need to communicate with me.By March 5th, if I do not receive any communication from you, or better yet, confirmation that you have shipped, I will file a BTR.

Bleyz: It's been a week since you've received my game (Fallout 4) but I have not heard anything from your end. You have not marked that you have received, nor have you responded to either of my previous messages. I know you have logged on since last Saturday, the 20th, but do not understand why you did not communicate with me, let alone mark that you have received in the trade. Please respond to this message and reassure me that you are working on shipping your end of the trade.

I sent 3 games to this user on Feb 2, and the user received the items on Feb 5. Since then (it is now March 2), the user has not sent me a message or responded to my message. Ideally I would receive the items he agreed to send me in the trade, but I would also take back the items I sent.

i paid for the auction items that i won feb 13 but haven't received anything from him, i have tried to contact him and haven't gotten any response. $19.85 was the total amount i spent. i would like a refund or the games that i paid for.

Purchased a complete DS that was "good" for $40. System received was "fair" and packaging was "damaged" and missing AC adapter, grommets, and parts of the box and packaging were missing. Items were shipped in a used bubble envelope not providing any protection during shipping.

User can either refund $10 for the system to cover the cost of a replacement ac adapter and grommets or refund $40+$5 for return shipping for the full cost of the system and I will mail back.

User also owes me $2.60 for shipping another trade he accidentally shipped me and I paid to send it to the correct address. Total owed to close BTR is $12.60 (keep system) or $47.60 (return system).

Messages to user about refund have been ignored. He has been very slow to reply to any communication over the last month during this trade and took 3 weeks alone just to ship out my package after I paid on the first day and was expected to receive within a week.

I have traded with this user before so when he asked for a paypal loan I didn't hesitate to give it to him. It was my first loan and probably will be my last.
04 Mar 2013 he wanted $150.00, so I sent it to him with an agreement to repay in a couple of months.
16 Mar 2013 he needed more and wanted to know if I could send more with same repayment. I sent $350 more for a total of $500 with interest.
17 June 2013 he sends $25. He would've sent more but he had employment problems, etc.
August 2013 he sends $85 psp game system.
Nothing more until $20 in June 2014
Leaving a balance of $380 plus interest.

There has been a lot of communication between us as to why he didn't pay this off. There was always a reason or excuse. But I did see other trades/loans that got paid off before mine. I don't know why and who he chose to pay off first. I will not remove this until I get goods or payment from him. Sorry I had to do this, but it has gone on long enough...
