The trade was for me GameCube games for his Xbox games. He sent me 7 Xbox games and they turned out to be in crappy condition. Did not tell me all of them had price stickers all over them and the conditions of the discs were poorer than the ratings suggest. The worst part was 2 of the games keep freezing and are unplayable.

He seemed to have started ignoring me after receiving my games.

I tried contacting him through the trade messages and by email. I even had the mods email him but there were no responses.

It has been 2 months since he has logged in and now I checked his bio page and it seems he has abandoned his account.

I talked to another user he has screwed over and he is most likely a scammer.

EDIT: I contacted a moderator at www.tradegamesnow.com and it turns out he was banned from that site a year ago.

On 5-Jul-2007, the two of us made an agreement to trade A Playstation 2 console (my side of the trade) for $40+ $10 for shipping via priority mail with delivery confirmation. (his side). I disclosed all the information I could, and informed him that if the system didn't live up to his expectations, he could send it back to me for a refund.

We were both to send out at the same time. I sent my side of the trade on 6-Jul-2007.

I did not receive any communication. On 20-Jul-2007, I sent an inquiry to see if everything was ok. There was no response.

On 20-Aug-2007, I sent another inquiry, this time explaining that I was giving gtbaddy a week to respond, else I would have to leave a BTR. He responded 7 days later on 27-Aug-2007. gtbaddy told me that "Long story short a lot has been going on with my living situation, I don't want to make excuses though", and "...I will send you a money order priority mail."

Understandable, and given that he has been a GTZ member for over 3 years and has 44 positive feedback, I was willing to give him the benefit of the doubt a bit longer. On 13-Sep-2007, feeling that I had waited long enough, I informed gtbaddy that I had contacted the mods of the GTZ and would file a BTR if the problem wasn't resolved.

I feel that I have given more than ample time for gtbaddy to send his side of the bargain, especially since we were supposed to send out at the same time. I told gtbaddy that I expect either:
A) the $50 sent with some kind of tracking to prove it was sent it out.
B) Or, if the PS2 is still in the EXACT same condition I sent it in (which you will have to prove by photographs), for it to be sent back (the way it came: priority with delivery confirmation) with reimbursement for the agreed $10 shipping cost.

I sent a package of items he made an offer to buy for 100 dollars shipped. The tracking code said the items were never picked up. He said he would call and check into it. It has been aproximately 2 weeks and I have no report from him nor have my items come back so I am assuming he picked them up. He has not responded since he said he would call and he has not paid me. I understand he is moving. If so and he was busy this is simply a misunderstanding and I will remove the BTR.

He said he will send money as soon as he recieves my game. Since the day I marked as I sent, he has not said a word to me. I have even tried emailing him numerous times. I sent over two weeks ago and havent had a word from him since.

Loaned him $38 a few months ago, never got repaid, filed claim with paypal, won, and was awarded $3 or something, lol. .
