Mike and I pended a trade on February 27, 2007 in which I agreed to loan him $400 PayPal in return for a game, a DVD, and a $420 payback. He shipped the game and DVD right away, no problems there. He stated that he would be able to pay the loan back on March 9 because he was expecting a $400 PayPal payment from someone else he dealt with named Jordan.

On March 5, Mike asked if I wanted Jordan to send to me directly. I said he could do whatever he preferred to do since it did not matter to me how he got me the money. He cancelled the payment he was expecting from Jordan and gave me all his contact information. He then had me email Jordan (though it should not be my responsibility to go after some other guy that owes Mike money). Jordan replied to my email on March 9 saying he had no idea what was going on, and that I should fill him in. I did so and have not heard from him since.

I have been in contact with Mike and I asked him if he was going to make any attempt to pay me back himself. The latest I heard from him was on March 23 when he stated: "Well after refunding my entire paypal account to him [Jordan] to give to you i'm not exactly on the high end of money. The best i can do is keep trying him, if nothing in the next few weeks i'll take legal actions."

Mike seems like a nice guy, but the bottom line is that he owes me a lot of money and has not followed through on what he agreed to. If he did not have a reliable way to complete his side of the deal he should not have agreed to the deal. I will gladly take this BTR down when I get what he owes me.

No arguement on this, i'm fine with this staying up until things are worked out although i did refund jordan all of his money i agree that i should help wcmike recieve that paypal.

Please read all of his comments to me. Rude, vulgar language, etc. He lied about the condition of his games. He had "Hollywood Video" Engraved onto the cart of Mega Man X3, Pizza Sauce on some inserts on one game. A laminated Manual on X3. X3 Also had Hollywood Video Stickers. X2 Had a big buldge in the box. These were games described as MINT to me in chat. I can log those if anyone needs them.

I have over 225 trades on this site and never had to file a BTR until now. He lied to me and all I asked him to do was pay return shipping. He sent $5, but shipping cost $8.05 (since when he did his online shipping he obviously had it described as a flat envelope instead of a priority box) So mine ran me $8.05. I simply asked him for reimbursement of $3.05 and I got the message that you all can read in my trade log. I do not feel I should have to pay 2 cents to ship a box of damaged games back to him, let alone any more. It is not that I cannot afford $3.05, this is all about the principal of how he has acted to me. It is about the principal how i was misguided on these games and he should be responsible to cover shipping charges. So here is my FIRST BTR in 225 trades!

Morph and I had a deal almost a month ago from this date where I would trade him a Nvidia GEforce 6800 for a Nintendo DS and a Dreamcast. He has not sent to this date, and has told me that his Dreamcast was broken so he would give me $40 instead. I have called him constantly and only gotten through a few times, and when I do his excuse is that he has not gotten the money from someone who owes it to him. He has also promised the same money to OldLady, so I know he's full of crap. This trade has gone on for too long and Corey's neglect is the obvious signs of a childish scammer.

An update as of April 04th, 2007:

I have been calling corey on the phone constantly and he has given me nothing but lies. He is a childish scammer and nothing more. I will be filing a case with his local police department and try to take him to small claims cort soon. Do NOT trade with this user at all costs.

I have FINALLY recieved the Nintendo DS from Morph, and it was in worst condition than he mentioned. The L-Shoulder button does not work AT ALL. In a poor attempt to prove me wrong, he told me to "send it back to him". Why? So I can wait another month for him to ship again? I had to threaten this boy through his MOTHER to get him to send what he owed me. His MOTHER. She had to nag his poor ass all the way to the post office because he was taking so long, and I threatened to take them to small claims court and file mail fraud with the USPS.

Now he is threatening to BTR me for not removing this one. What a dirty scammer.

Sure thing Corey, just contact me on AIM since you never, ever reply to e-mails. We'll work something out, but I wont send the DS back to you, as we both know I would never see it again. You could pay me the money that you graciously offered to repair the DS with, or we could work something else out, just contact me.

I did not threaten, I did. Apparently the mods sided with you however, which is a shame. I filed a BTR because you refuse to come to a reasonable agreement over this, and that only. Apparently, the moderators assume I am completely guilty, which is fine.

When you are willing to make a deal, thats fine. I'll be waiting.

This deal was pended on February 5th. I sent my side out 3 days later and he recieved the game on the 12th. Two weeks later he said he sent. He says he sent it via UPS Ground after we had agreed on First Class USPS. He didn't supply a tracking number or anything. It is now March 17th and I still have nothing. I just want my game, man. It was a small trade but I either want the game we agreed on (Xenosaga: Episode I: Der Wille Zur Macht ) or my game back (Tony Hawk 4). That's all I ask for.
