On December 3rd 2010, he and I had an agreement that he would be sending me uncharted 2 for ps3 and i would send him $20 dollars gifted Paypal. I sent my payment the exact same day and he gave me a tracking number on the Dec. 6th 2010. which has since been stuck on:

"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 06, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later. "

It's been 2 months and he hasn't been on since the 28th
I want a refund or uncharted 2
I'll take down BTR once either of the options are met.

We pended a trade, his 2 DVDs (The Three Amigos and Zodiac) for my $7 paypal on the December 3, 2010. I sent on the 9th, one day after he posted a paypal DC number. The status of the number has never gotten past this point:

I asked him on December 30 to provide me with an update in a week or I would file a BTR. It has been over a week since I sent that message, and I either want the DVDs or my $7 back in order to take this down.

I loaned him $15 on December 2nd to be paid back in the amount of $18 on December 16th. As of this point he hasn't paid me back, and also hasn't responded to my last couple PM's, despite still logging on to the site.

I'll leave the BTR up until he pays me.

07/06/2011 -- This is just an update to say that he got a hold of me last night and let me know he plans to make right on this trade. Stated that I'd remove the BTR after. We'll see how it goes!
