I sent him Rugby 2001 in exchange for Rainbow 6 Gold Edition, July the 17th, 2001. He got my game and I never received mine. I contacted him at least 3 times since then, he never bothered to reply. Given the number of weeks past and his persistent silence I have to assume that I lost my game to a bad trader. If he ever makes contact with me and sends the game, I'm prepared to withdraw this report.
