I agreed to buy his Nintendo N64 expansion pak for $20 shipped. I mailed him a MO and within a week he said he got it in the chat room, and he would be mailing on Friday. That was over 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't received the expansion pak. Several times he disappeared from chat as soon as I entered, like he was ducking me, so I e-mailed him to ask when he shipped and to notify him that I would submit this report today if I still hadn't received the expansion pak. His responding e-mail said he shipped, but he didn't say when. He has not offered any proof that he shipped. This report will be removed if I get either the expansion pak or my money back.
7/13/00 UPDATE:
IT'S BEEN 3 MONTHS AND STILL NO RETURN OF MY MONEY OR RECEIPT OF THE EXPANSION PAK (WHICH IS STILL LISTED AS AVAILABLE). NOW J. R. CONN HAS REMOVED THE PENDING TRADE FROM HIS PAGE. GUESS IT'S TIME TO FILE THE PAPERWORK FOR MAIL FRAUD.
