Freakyforms. Nintendo made some funky games in the early days of 3DS. There's two versions of the game I think, but idk how to tell them apart.

Maybe not the best screenshot since the main character isn't visible too well.

It's a 2D platformer. This particular screenshot is from the Wii U version, though it released on the other consoles too. The original game in this series was on Commodore 64, probably most known for being "heavily inspired" by a famous 2D platformer around that time.

Hint: This Wiiware game was only available to Club Nintendo rewards program members. It's best known for its bizarre commercial and connection to a real-world grabbing toy!
