After starting it multiple times since it’s been out, I FINALLY beat Minish Cap. A masterpiece tbh.

I really loved that marble game where you had to move it with your feet. That one was really cool.

Speaking of "fit" games. I bought Ring Fit Adventure on sale a few months back. Have yet to use it. But that's bc I misplaced the leg strap and didn't want to spend $10 to replace it. Well I found it so I can try it soon! I hear it's good!

I think I only have half of Japan and the orient express left if memory serves me. I know I have the first map and US complete. The mountains on the other hand are a pain. Living in glacial plains Iowa I don't get elevation often, and the thing underreports it to boot. I have to drive 20 minutes to hike anywhere remotely hilly, closer to an hour for anything that requires even a little effort.

I work in an multistory office building so I would often walk up and down the parking garage when I was using the Wii pedometers.

Oh it will plummet, and thank Eywa Nintendo didn't take too long restocking. I'll be getting my copy in next week. Not that I NEED it with my backlog. But $40 for a beautifully remastered MP, sure I'll bite. It was either gonna be wait for this, or get MPT on Wii. And this makes me pretty hopeful for a part 2 and 3 eventually.

I'm pretty sure I have a bigger backlog than that. That's just physical - it gets ridiculous if we're counting all the digital games I may never get to. (Most bought on sale, thankfully.)

MP also back up at Target now.

Reminder, Mar10 sale is going on now. The major retailers have many Mario games for $40 physical or digital. Includes Odyssey, Kart, etc.

Yoshi's Island track based on the SNES game is great.

Yah just played that one. Honestly one of my favorite tracks in the game.

Can't wait to play the new tracks tonight! We didn't end up playing much of Wave 3, so we'll be playing a lot of both waves over the next few days.

It's nice to know 5 more characters are coming. It's worth noting that the previous trailer said "Characters from past Mario Kart games are on the way", so don't expect any brand new characters to the franchise. Off the top of my head, these characters were in past MK games but not MK8D:

What's going on with the Wii U? Seems like there's suddenly been a lot of people trying to get a Wii U on here? I know some Wii U's are failing after sitting for too long, but surely it didn't happen to multiple people here all at the same time.

Eshop closing in a couple weeks, maybe people are trying to get some last minute deals on digital versions of expensive physical games

I am a person whose Wii died doing a firmware update. My replacement updated fine. So u have a 50% success rate.

Metroid Fusion dropped on GBA today. Guess I’ll give it a go.

Played Dead Cells for the first time in a couple years last night. Didn't pick up the Castlevania DLC, but I had recently picked up all the previous DLC while they were at all-time lows. I forgot how awesome this game is...though it seems like the performance on Switch has gotten way worse over time. Load times are way longer than before.
