impact135 says: i ordered a BRAND NEW complete dreamcast. I recieved used beat up dreamcast, a warn out controller, an ac adapter that was bent. The open button only works if you slam it down hard. "new" DC is in worse condition then my current DC bought 2 yrs ago
DRBagabundo responds: The AC Adapter was bent because it was boxed and untouched for over a year! The open button works 100% perfect. Absolutely NOTHING WAS WRONG.THE CONTROLLER WAS AND IS in perfect working condition. It wasn't worn out at all. I don't know what got into you.
