sk8rjason says: Did not use bubble mailer, used a manilla envelope with a piece of bubble wrap covering half of the 2 games. Which caused one case to be crushed and the disc to become unplayable. Insist on a real Bubble Mailer from him, or take your chances.
thegreatest responds: I completely covered them with bubble wrap. I have never had a problem before and I even cut our losses with him. As you can see, this user now has BTRs. He isn't a reliable or honest person at all.
