We pended a sale his Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (Dreamcast) & Skies of Arcadia (Dreamcast) for $73 dollars shipped on August 1, 2008.
I had sent him a $73 USPS Money Order on August 4, 2008 and he received on August 8, 2008.
A few days later he contacted me letting me know he wouldn't be able to send the games out for a while, I told him I wasn't in a rush so he could take his time in sending since he had personal issues going on.
A few months later on October 4, 2008 he contacts me telling me he no longer had Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and wanted to know if there where any other games I wanted off of his list. I was kind of disappointed since the original offer was for MVC2 for $50 before I added Skies of Arcadia for a total of $73 shipped. So in willingness to complete the trade and get all of this over with I chose a few games to even out the value of MVC2.
He says he has the replacement games and will be sending me everything the following week.
Its been over 6 months and I have yet to hear anything from him. I admit this trade has slipped my mind over the past couple of months. But looking back on how patient I was with this guy I must file a BTR.
I no longer want those replacement games for the MVC2 because I now have 3 of those 4 games in my collection.
So for me to remove this BTR I want Marvel vs. Capcom 2 (Dreamcast) & Skies of Arcadia (Dreamcast), OR $35 MO & Skies of Arcadia OR $73 USPS Money Order.
I am going to contacting my friend's cousin who works at the 52nd Precinct to find out what I have to do to get my stuff from this guy or what type of theft/fraud reports I can file. I will also be filing mail fraud with any other fraud reports I can find.
