HoHoHo290 marked received on my 100$ on the 30th of September. He then told me that he would be sending that day or the following afternoon.
Needless to say, he didn't. Over the past 3 or so weeks I've had several messages from him some of which say things like "Sorry, no excuses." "I'll get the Xbox to you." "Sending soon." and things like that.
He has signed on to Gametz.com multiple times and hasn't replied to my messages, however, he did reply to a message or two of mine that I sent him on Facebook which is when he was telling me he would send.
He has been getting on Facebook, and I can see him conversing on his wall with his friends, and he's also been on Xbox Live just about everyday.
He's completely avoiding all contact with me, when I know he's had plenty of time to at least reply to my messages, since he's had plenty of time to play Halo Reach and COD4.
It sucks to see a 1 year member with as many trades under his belt as he does have, acting like this, but I need to file a BTR now.
The BTR can be removed if I receive my Xbox, or the 100$ back. I will also be trying to file mail fraud and hope that when I notify him of that, it will wake him up.
