I send the games first and he confirmed receiving and told me that he send the game on May-22 by Priority mail, but without tracking number. I waited for 3 days and informed him on May-25 that I have not got it. It is a little delay for a priority mail and then he told me to wait. I wati to Tuesday but still not coming. This time, he said he is going to check the PO on Thursday and will let me then. However, I wait here all night for his words on May-31 but got no words at all. Today, Jun-1st, he left words saying :" File the BTR and contests to you. After 5+ years of trading here you are the first person to claim to have not received a game from me. I call BS on that claim." His words feels offensive and have no intention to solve this problem.
Again, I have not the got the game but he did not believe it. And there is no tracking number so I dont know how to believe him now.
I want him to make some compenstation on the lost package, such as send the game back to me or just pay me some Paypal, or send me other games WITH tracking. I am a good trader to talk but he is just not cooperating. That's it
The trader responed on this BTR, I have no words to say about the response. I do not have got the item, that is the fact. I have no need to tell lies. I trust him that he sent it, but it just not arrived. And he did not checked with the PO as promised on Tuesday. Again, I send the game first and there is no intention to take the risk of telling lies by sending first. And, the we have the records here and I told him that I am worried on May 25th, he sent on 22nd, it's 3 days. not one day...

I sent the game Tuesday evening, after the post office had closed, using the automated postal center. I used priority mail, no tracking or confirmation because I haven't had an issue with people getting their packages using this method, not only on this site but also KLOV arcade gaming forum, Goozex, eBay, and digitpress--I've completed at least a hundred trades if you add up all of those sites and not one has failed to receive a package, until now with this Engrish-speaking teenager who has been "worried sick" about not receiving the package since Thursday--one whole business day after sending it! I sent Tuesday after closing time.
If you think about it, would I wait 5+ years to rip someone off and have my grand scheme be over a $20 Vita game that I could drive to the store, buy it and be playing it in 30 minutes?
Of course not.
