Made agreement with this person to trade my Bloodwake and Project Gotham Racing to him for NFL2k3 and Dead To Rights. We both agreed to send out the next day. My side of the deal was sent and he assured me his was too. I just tried emailing him about his side of the deal but his aol account has been cancelled so I have no way to contact him. Either send me what you promised or send me my games back and I'll remove this.

We have a trade pending to this day. We agreed upon his Halo for my Madden 2003. 2 days later I sent on the morning of October 18th and around the afternoon I found the trade deleted by him after I sent so I sent an e-mail and told him I had already sent and re pended the trade. He e-mailed me back the next day telling me he accidently deleted it and he would be sending Halo. Week goes by, I e-mailed him asking if he is gonna send it and told him I hope he isnt ripping me off. He e-mails back saying dont worry I'll send it. Week goes by I send an e-mail asking where my game is. And for the 2 followings weeks sent e-mails in trying to contact him but he stopped responding and didnt send my end of the deal.

Eyal Katz approached me for a trade of his Neverhood for two original Sierra games, Gobliins 1 and 2. Because of the hefty postage that would be incurred in my sending games for a game I was not looking for, I thought it did not sound out of place, and agreed to the trade on 9/20/02. Each of us agreed to send our games on or about that date, and I did send my games to him on that date. It has now been two months, and I have not received any game from him. In addition, I have emailed him numerous times with no reply, although he was quick to respond to emails when we were discussing the trade. In correspondence with several other traders who also have pending trades with Eyal Katz, I have discovered that he has responded to their emails during this time period when he has refused to reply to mine, although he has not sent their games either. I would be happy to remove this if Eyal would send the game he promised.

I sent him my n64 for 60$ and he said he got it, said he would mail the money, and when I didn't get it I emailed him over and over, but he still hasn't emailed me back to this day!!!

AHhh!!! Don't trade with this loser. I payed 63.50 for PDS for Saturn and it appears he ran off with my money. Great. Just frickin' great.
