I sent and about 4 days later he recieved it and all went smoothly. He then claimed he sent his, only to have it sent back to him. 24-Sep-2009 at 1:06pm GamingGod welp i know why you havent got it....i just did,wet and broke to crap,what do we do now?imma have to buy another copy and send it to you! He then told me he had traded both of my games and that it would take him a week or two to send me a new copy of Arkham Asylum. About two weeks later, he still hasn't bought a copy and claims to have had his identity stolen by his father. I agreed to wait for him to sort it out and then he would send me a new copy of Batman. After about a month, he claims to have sent it. I still have not recieved it and I have been asking him what is going on. It's been 10 days now and I havent heard from him at all despite him having signed on everyday since then. I will not remove this until i get my copy of Batman: Arkham Asylum. This trade has been pending for the past 2.5 months and I still haven't gotten my end of the trade. Reported By: nyjetsrock19

I sent my part out on September 29th the day the trade was accepted. He received and claimed he sent that day. Then i found out that he was in the middle of many trades and had never sent out. After some messages asking if he sent out he said he just got out of surgery and would send out soon. So i was patient and waited for it. After weeks of waiting again i confronted and he claimed he sent. After waiting for a long time again I asked if he could send my games back because i was getting ripped off. he said he would then send him out monday and it has now been almost a week after that. Against my better judgement, I sent first. The comics arrived a short while later. GamingGod acknowledged getting the items but send he was having problems paying because of identity theft. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, I agreed to let him get back on his feet before paying. After a good chunk of time, I asked again about payment and it was stated he would have the money on November 2nd (Over a month after the original trade). The day came and went without payment. He has been in contact with me and stated he's sent a money order because he "forgot to send the paypal." Even after all this, GamingGod has posted multiple trades. I've been speaking with some of the other traders and everyone seems to be in the same boat. I'm hoping these BTRs will provide the incentive to get all these trades taken care of prior to making new ones. I hate to file this, but the trade is just dragging on far too long. I'll remove this immediately upon the payment arriving or my items being returned. However, should payment fail to arrive within the week, I'll be forced to assume I've been ripped off and follow this up with a mail fraud form. Reported By: KeeperOfFate

This guy is a silver trader so I don't want to taint his page with a huge BTR. I asked for $22 Paypal in exchange for my Enemy Territory Quake Wars. I had sent 2 games to California (one for another user and one for GamingGod) on the same day. One of them got there smoothly. GamingGod "never received his." In all honesty, this BTR is being filed because of the worst communication possible. He has signed in EVERYDAY and still hasn't replied. At least if he didn't sign in, I could say "OK, maybe GamingGod went out of town. Fine" - But he signs in everyday!!! He even failed to reply after I said "BTR without reply in one week." - You would think GamingGod would say "OK OK let's see what I can do." or something. But no, nothing. I'm out a game and I haven't recieved my payment. Come on!!!!! I really don't want to do this to a silver trader but if this is the only way for him to reply to me, then so be it. I sent the games out and Chris claimed for over 2-3 weeks that he did not receive the games. Suddenly, he said his post office called him that he had a package there and he said they were supposedly my games. Once he received the games, he told me he would send them back to me, Why, he did not just pay for them like he was supposed to in the first place, I don't know. A couple of other traders had similar weird problems where Chris claimed he did not get packages and some where he did not pay at all. I don't know what is going on with him, but w/e it is he should've been honest and up front about it in the first place. He claimed Monkey Ball was missing, which seemed preposterous. Chris ended up sending my games back, but he did not send back Monkey Ball, nor Pokemon Pearl. I don't know what to believe right now, but I want to warn you about the case with the postal inspector, it is a serious deal as it would be essentially stealing. I know you said your post office is all screwed up, but I have still yet to get the games back on my end. They can't just be sitting in limbo somewhere for a month. Chris seems to be trying to handle beyond what he is capable of, and really screwing people over because of it. I don't know if he is a huge scammer (he was a gold star trader) or if he just got lazy but this is absurd. I will remove this BTR when Chris sends me 7 bucks Paypal and Pokemon Pearl or 17 bucks Paypal for both. I have been more than patient with Chris and the amount of BTRs he has is ludicrous. No reply. also he has been online since these postings: Last login: on 3-Nov-2009 at 3:21pm This report is being filed 11/4/09 ( 3 days instead of 2 where I asked for a reply , still no reply to date ) I hope to resolve this issue as we have had a positive experience in the past ( fast shipping everyone was happy ) I will agree to close this BTR if one of the following happen: 1. I get a RS.com from him with 1 month of premium account time 2. Response from Accused "Bad Trader": November 7, 2009 at 3:08pm (EST) First of all, I would like to apologize and say I am extremely sorry about the lack of communication over the past few weeks. I had no intention of scamming or ignoring you. The fact of the matter is, I have not had a steady internet connection since the 22nd of October. One of the water pipes in my basement burst while I was away from home, leaving about 24 inches of water throughout the room. The flooding got to my computer, as well as all of my networking equipment, badly damaging some of the components. My router and modem were both shot, and I had to have Comcast come out (although they delayed the visit twice), and they installed a new modem. I then had to go out and buy a new router, only to come home and find that my wired connection had been damaged by the flooding as well. The weird thing about the wired connection was that, I could load a few pages, such as signing on to this site, but after about 30 seconds, the connection would just vanish. I had to use my wife's laptop to do this, as my own computer had been damaged. I had to have more people come in and re-work the wiring. All this time, I had insurance agents assessing the damage and flood-repair guys dry out my basement. My computer was another problem I had; I had to re-purchase a motherboard, video card, and processor as those components were all damaged by the flooding. Luckily, my hard drive was okay, but the rest of the stuff wasn't so lucky. I now have everything back to normal, and can sort through the 3 (!) BTRs I currently have against me. In my opinion, these were ALL filed far too early. If I were in your shoes, I would have waited at least a week if not 2 weeks for another response. But, I can't change that now, I can only work on fixing them. Again, I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. I hope any future trades with you go more smoothly. ___ I plan on sending out the game I owe you Monday.

I shipped August 17th after I got my paycheck, and he received the next day. (DC# 0103 8555 7496 8892 0789) He marked received that day and marked that he sent the next day. That same day he began posting my games as for sale with prices set higher than what I had just sold them for. I sent him a message on the 22nd, as it should take no more than 1 day turnaround from his location to mine regardless of mail service selected. He replied "I was sending a money order but would you rather paypal? LMK which is better, I will have a large deposit this week into paypal for an immediate payment to you, otherwise if I do paypal they will hold it for 5 days like an electronic check? so If you wanna wait till like wed. I can do immediate through paypal or should I stick with the money order here?" Now of course that already implied that he didn't send on the 18th as he marked since he claimed he WAS going to send a money order. On the 23rd, I told him I didn't care either direction and he told me he would "I will send the money order since I already have it, rather than cash it out. LMK when you get it thanks." On the 26th of August he exclaims "LMK when you get the money order for this? been having problems with my post office when I mail out pymts, as soon as you get it LMK thanks." On the 2nd of September, he asks "those money orders should have gotten to you by now? did you get them so we can finish the trade?" I replied that they had not in fact reached me yet and I asked if he had gotten a DC# with it so that we could dig further into it. He replied "I dont know if my wife did, I was out for surgery and had her doing all the mailing for me, I will do a search tonight through all my mailing receipts, and if I find it will post it up for you, if she didn't I will give it a few more days and if you dont get em, will pay you via paypal and then if you do get them you can mail em back to me or just reject em." I told him it sounded good and to let me know if he found anything. On the 15th of September, more than sufficient time to search for a slip of paper and/or rectify the situation, I asked him for an update on the situation because I had yet to receive the money order. He replied " i just put a stop on yours and another guys I sent out, the bank has to reissue them to me so I can reship em out? as soon as I get em from the bank will ship em out with tracking numbers this time." I told him to let me know when he had something. On the 29th of September I again inquired about the status of our trade, he stated "I am having issues, the other guys got cashed, yours got lost, so I have to get them reissued, if i dont here from the bank by friday, I will just have to pay you via paypal to get these trades finished...I will let you know what I find out though." At this point I begain to dig into that situation with the other user who claimed that he was spewing him the same story, but insisted that he never received a money order or a DC#. On the 5th of October, I asked him if he heard anything from his bank that week regarding the matter. He claimed "they are calling me today? will let you know.." On the 10th of October, the crap hit the fan so to speak, and the first of now numerous BTRs was filed on him and I received a message from him stating "wanna get this done, when I get the paypal cash, wanna just pay you with paypal to finish this, please send me your paypal info...." I gave him the paypal address and waited. I figured I'd let him time to clear up trades were he actually had to ship something instead of just doling out some cash. He hasn't been active since October 28th, the same day I sent him a final message asking about the situation once more now that he's cleared out over half of his pending trades. I feel like I've obviously been more than lenient enough. I only sold those games for some quick cash to cover my bills for the month and now 2 and a half months later I've still not received the money and am still a month behind on the bills I wanted to use the money for. I feel he thought he could flip my games for good deals and ended up failing. I hope he can make good on this, but my hopes are quite diminished now. I'll remove this once I receive the 63$ paypal as a gift, a 63$ money order, or my games in the same condition (or better in the case of ones that were without case) and 3$ to cover some of the cost of my shipping charges.
