I opened this trade over a month ago. I traded him near complete copies of Lunar 1&2, a Playstation, and Ghost in the Shell for $108. He recieved on the 5th. At first he said that he'd make out a money order for me, then later in chat he said he could send me the money through paypal, but he had a problem with it he had to deal with first. After a while without news, I asked if he could just make out another money order, with no response. I haven't heard from him in over 3 weeks, and I've sent trade messages, e-mails, and paypal money requests. I'll drop the BTR if I get my money or my stuff back. I didn't want to have to resort to this, but it's my last chance.

I mailed him the 5 Dragon Ball Z DVDs on Aug. 24th. PRIORITY BTW! He says he never gotten them. I am thinking that maybe it is lost, but now it is starting to become a BS lie.

He EITHER sends me back the DVDs or the $43. In fact, I no longer care if he hasn't gotten the DVDs, just give me my money.

I got a email from him saying that he is working on sendign everyone there stuff. Right.

I am going to contact the police there and everyone should do the same!! Maybe it could make him move quicker to send me my stuff or money.

He agreed to send me an 80 dollar money order for my gamecube package. Seeing as he had a silver star and 100% in ratings, I saw no problem in sending first.

It is now September 26th. He has not logged into the site in 4 days, and I've received no communication. When we last spoke, he told me he was waiting for his "accounts to be unfrozen" and that as soon as said event took place, my money would be shipped to me.
I want my money, and I will be taking further action if I don't get it in the next week or so.
UPDATE: Sent me a message yesterday at 9 pm or so EST saying that he got sent to Israel last moment (navy) and that he will have a family member send out the money I am owed. I will of course take this down if/when I receive the money.
UPDATE 2: Spoke with his girlfriend via msn two or three days ago. She informed me that he's late on his weekly call home and that she's worried, she took my information and promised me she'd send the money order out as soon as she could, and that money's been tight since he left and she's having trouble trying to get the rent paid. Didn't give me an ETA, but told me she'd keep me posted.
