On July 17th, Zach and I agreed to a deal in which I sold him 4 PSP UMD movies for $12 via money order. I sent first since at the time he had more feedback and no BTRs. I shipped via USPS First Class mail and it was delivered on July 21st (USPS confirmation #9101 1288 8230 0957 2016 41). It's been over a month and a half and he has not sent payment yet. He continues to make excuses and has already had another user file a BTR against him. The latest message he sent me read, "srry for not sending by wednesday i couldnt u prob have a gay life and do nuthing i have a life and couldnt get to the post office today i cant either i might be able to send friday." He is a bad trader and I still have not received payment for my items.

i sent my guitar hero 2 w controllerwith 40.00 over a month ago and he received it but then he said after he received that the game wouldnt work right which i dont beleive because i played it two nights before i sent it but in spite of that we agreed that he didnt have to send his side of the deal but he would have to send me my game backand the money he asked if he could keep 20.00 outta my 40.00 to shippe it back which i acceptted it has been three weeks barely heard two words from him needless to say i am a little po rite now ... TRADERS BEWARE



it has been a few weeks since he claimed he would shipp my game back to me and yet still no package i am extremely upset this trader is not only a bad trader. but i suspect a con artist

srry u didnt play that game really well then cause it freezes completely after ure 2 levels in to it and im srry for not sending i will get it in the mail by this week

I sent her a Dreamcast controller, VMU, Rumble pack and 4 games. She was supposed to send me some N64 games. However she never sent and hasn't responded to my emails.

I have filed mail fraud charges. I recommend anyone else who was ripped off to do the same. If enough people do it something might be done.

I lent him $50 Paypal in July, he was to pay on July 21st. I've been more than patient with him on this. He contacted me once shortly after I filed Paypal complaint saying he would pay but I've heard nothing since. Paypal decided that the complaint was in my favor but the money's not in his account. You can feed me any sob story you want Bob, but there's no excuse for this crap. I am extremely frustrated, get it together and let me know what's going on. My patience and understanding with this has run dry. This will go down when/if I ever get my money back.

After this I talked to him a bit on chat. I told him he could send me $6 paypal so we could close the trade. He said he didn't want to "rip me off" so he said he would send all the games back except for silver.

He is logging in and not responding to my messages. I have been more than fair here. I didn't want to file this but it's the only thing I can do and it probably won't even matter since he has a few other BTR's. I will take this one down if he:

1. Sends all the games back except silver (like he said he would)
2. Sends me $6 paypal
3. Sends me Donkey Konga and Donkey Konga 2

Update: He continues to log in and ignore all of his btrs. He's made 3 new pending trades.
