We agreed on a trade 10 Oct 2005, I send first. I kept him informed about my work schedule that I won't be able to get to the post office anytime soon. Finally, I sent it out on the 19th. He receives on the 14th and sent on the 28th. I waited almost 3weeks and still nothing. Everything else that I ordered from elsewhere are already home. I sent him an email, and no reply, invalid. I sent some messages in gtz and no reply. I thought the mail might be lost or something. A couple of months later, I check to see who has castlevania HoD because I really want to play it, and he shows up. I sent him an offer, and notice all the games that was said he sent were still on his available list and he doesn't remember who I'am so he counter my offer. Then I confronted him with the issue and never heard from him since. Until I get money for the value of Persona 2 and Rhapsody which is $70 or Castlevania HoD, Rebelstar, and Fire Emblem SS, this won't go away.

This user informed me that he had received my games and then posts a btr nearly 18 months later in the hope of getting something for nothing! It it ridiculous that this is even allowed after that long but I wil not be blackmailed.

We made a trade back in January 24 to trade my Wii package for his Xbox360 package. I agreed to send first as he was hesitant with such a big trade, and he had a few trades under his belt so i figured i would give him the benefit of the doubt and agree to send. I sent the package out on the 26 of Jan. Here is the tracking number 03051720000082438841. He received the package and said that he would send. He told me a couple days later that the weather had been bad, and it was, so he would send it when the weather got better. The something happened and the 360 stopped working. So he agreed to either give me $330 in cash or get me another 360. I told him that if he could do it in a month it would be fine.

I keep trying to contact him and ask him whats going on with the trade, but i get no response. Hopefully this will get him to communicate with me whats going on with the trade. I havent heard from him in two weeks.

Trade was pended on 23 Feb 07. Morph stated in chat that he would send on Monday the 26th of Feb. I also stated i would send on the 26th of Feb. My end of the trade was shipped on 26 Feb 07 and was received by him on the 28th of Feb 07. His end was never sent. I contacted him and asked him was was going on. His reply was "Yeah, it's coming. This person I know was supposed to pay me $50 before March, but he's being a failure. If I have to go to his house, I will. I'll even make it up with some extra green." No further word from Morph. He has not logged onto the site since the 28th of Feb 07. I contacted him again on 11 Mar 07 and have not received a reply. This btr will be removed when he follows through on his end of the trade and also marks that he has received.

I know, and I am sorry. I was expecting a sale to pull through with a hard disk I was selling, but the person never paid. Someone offered to buy my Dreamcast Broadband Adaptor, in which case I will try to make up for it with at least 2x as much as before.

This is no one's fault but my own.

I sent John my half of the trade, Halo, back in November of 2006. He received it on December 2nd. After 2 months of excuses he finally sent out his half of the bargain. The game he sent was damaged beyond repair, with numerous surface scratches. He had listed the game in "excellent" condition. After informing him of the damage, he admitted that it was previously damaged but seemed to work in his XBox 360 (though obviously not in the regular Xbox). Despite all these frustrations, I offered to end the trade amicably if he simply paid me $10 for the game I sent him. He agreed to send out a check. That was over a month ago. I have not received compensation for the trade, and he hasn't logged on for a month...so I'm assuming he has no intention to end this trade fairly. I sent him a reminder message over a week ago but haven't heard back from him. I would advise everyone to avoid this trader. He is dishonest and slow. You will only find frustration dealing with him.

DO NOT TRADE WITH SAMINEX@YAHOO.COM. This trader paid me via Paypal using a FRAUDULENT credit card!! I sent multiple e-mails asking him to address this issue, but he never responded to me! Paypal reversed the $190.00 from my account. Now I must file a police report against him!!
